For poets to pay a great attention to the Islamic figures and their symbolism in Islam come as a prominent phenomenon in our literature . As there is an impact of them on the brilliant history commemorated by littérateurs . As a matter of fact ، the chronicle of Imam Ali Ibin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) falls in the orbit of the focus Ibn Abi Al-Hadid Al-Mu'tazili steers to in his poems . The current research study is to trace the portrayal of Imam Ali (peace be upon them) in the poetry of Ibn Abi Al-Hadid Al-Mu'tazili ، Seventh Alwiite Poems ، as there is no a study tacking such a conjecture before. In the article there are two axes : the introduction comes as first axis portraying Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) in the war poems ; Khyber, Conquest of Mecca, The Camel). The second is the portrayal of the tragedy of the Imam and the sacrilege of his pure Infallibles (Peace be upon them ) .Ultimately, The research study concludes with the most important findings.

El presente trabajo intenta analizar las características del lenguaje jurídico español a cuya estructura se debe su complejidad. A la vez, damos una descripción detallada de sus rasgos morfosintácticos, léxico-semánticos y estilísticos. En ningún momento, pretendemos fijar unas pautas o normas para la traducción de este lenguaje que requiere unos previos conocimientos jurídicos y cierta preparación para proceder a realizar esta tarea. Nuestra intención es, simplemente, ofrecer al lector árabe una pequeña visión de lo difícil que es comprender los textos legales españoles hasta para los nativos para imaginarse las posibles dificultades a la hora de iniciar a traducirlos.
This study seeks to investigate Sinan Antoon’s I’jaam (2004) through applying different theoretical frameworks including those of Althusser (1971) and Foucault (1978). Antoon, considered as one of the most internationally recognized Iraqi writers, wrote this dystopian, war novel in Arabic and translated it to English. In this investigation, the mechanical properties and microstructure of Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs) of Al.6061 alloy reinforced by ceramic materials SiC and Al2O3 with different additive percentages 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 wt.% for the particle size of 53 µm are studied. The aim of this study is to recognize the influence of model of active thinking in achievement ofeighth grade students andtheir visual thinking in science.The finds of this research show the superiority students of the experimental group who studied the science material by using the active thinking model on the students of the control group who studied by usual method, in the achievement test. Also the finds show that the students of the experimental group are more successful than students of control group in the test of visual thinking, so the two null hypotheses have been rejected. In light of the results of the research, numbers of recommendations were made.
