Background: Large amounts of oily wastewater and its derivatives are discharged annually from several industries to the environment. Objective: The present study aims to investigate the ability to remove oil content and turbidity from real oily wastewater discharged from the wet oil's unit (West Qurna 1-Crude Oil Location/ Basra-Iraq) by using an innovated electrocoagulation reactor containing concentric aluminum tubes in a monopolar mode. Methods: The influences of the operational variables (current density (1.77-7.07 mA/cm2) and electrolysis time (10-40 min)) were studied using response surface methodology (RSM) and Minitab-17 statistical program. The agitation speed was taken as 200 rpm. Energy and electrodes consumption had been studied and modeled. Results: The results revealed the positive effect of the electrodes design on the studied responses. Conclusion: Under the optimum values of the operating variables (5.675 mA/cm2, 40 min), 85.982% and 84.439% removal efficiencies of oil content and turbidity respectively were obtained and the consumption of energy and electrodes were observed as 4.333kWh/m3 and 0.36 g respectively.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is measuring relationship level and impact between Organizational Factors and their Dimensions (Leadership, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture), and Talent Management Strategies (Talent Recruitment,Talent performance management, Talent Development, Talent Retention ). it was relied on the Questionnaire form as a basic instrument in collecting the Data by using (Likert) instrument ,which was distributed on the research Sample which number was (100) individual included (Managers of schools, assistants (scientific and Administration ) and teachers in Four schools of Talents in Iraq (Baghdad , AL-Nagaf , AL-Basra, Mesan). The concentrations of heavy metals in the studied samples including, Cr, Mg, Mn, Zn, Fe, Cd, Ni, Pb and Ag, were determining by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. All data were subjected to statistical analysis by calculating accuracy, precision and correlation coefficient for each concentrations level. The results indicate that Ni was recorded the highest concentration in all studied samples except, Ginger and cactus vinegar, each one receded the highest concentration valu

Twenty-eight (28) apparently-healthy Wistar male rats weighing (120-150gm) allocated into 4 groups (n=7) were used in this study. Rats orally-administered 1% tween 20 dissolved in distilled water/Control (Group I); rats were orally-administered daidzein suspension (100mg/kg) for 7 days (Group II); rats intraperitoneally-injected with a single dose of ifosfamide (500 mg/kg) (Group III); rats orally-administered for 7 days with the daidzein (100mg/

What is expressed in dramatic text is deliberate because it is meant to affect other’s values, trends and ideologies in one way or another. Such ideologies and values are not explicit. To bring them out requires putting language under scrutiny to unveil what is implied. The present study attempts to analyze a dramatic script entitled Advice to Iraqi Women by the British playwright Martin Crimp in an attempt to unveil the intended political ideologies underlying the text. The title reflects a political aspect embedded in the word “Iraqi” that
