المستخلص: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على بقاء اثر المعلومة عن طريق الاجابة عن السؤال: ما مدى بقاء اثر التعلم بين التعليم الالكتروني والتعليم االحضوري ؟ تم تطبيق البحث في العام الدراسي( 2020-2021 م) في العراق. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المقارن في عقد مقارنة بين التعليم الالكتروني والتعليم الحضوري. وكان مجتمع البحث من طلبة المرحلة الرابعة كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة – ابن الهيثم ,و العيتة من قسم الرياضيات المرحلة الرابعة , تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية . تم اعداد اختبار القياس والتقويم وهو من ضمن مقررات النرحلة الرابعة قسم الرياضيات من فقرات موضوعية ( 30) وتحققنا من الخصائص السايكومترية ، ويتم استخدام الوسائل الاحصائية لتحليل نتائج الطلاب ومعرفة تأثير نوع التعليم على تحصيل الطالب فكان التعليم الحضوري الاكثر تأثيراً على درجة الطالب مقارنة بالتعليم الالكتروني وتوصلنا عدد من الاستنتاجات اهمها: - التعليم الحضوري يعطي الدافع للاداء والنجاح والعطاء

This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence.
