Objectives: The study aims to reveal the approach of Imam Al-Salmi in the weighting between the apparently conflicting texts, and to show the extent of his agreement and disagreement with the rest of the fundamentalists, and does he have vocabulary that can be used to elicit legal rulings in modern contemporary issues?

Method: The method of induction and analysis is one of the main tools to reach the research results. The study resorted to following the sayings of Imam Al-Salmi in various sources and fatwas and standing on them, then analyzing and applying them to the various branches of jurisprudence in the various jurisprudential chapters.

The study of the historical figures is one of the important in modern history since it is main focus is to show the political , economic or social product of a specific person throughout his life . Therefore , the subject of my research is “ Hussein AL-Husseiny and his politilcal role in Lebanon1968-1992. Abstract

     The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of thinking skills in developing the life skills of the students of the first Academic year, particularly the differences in life skills according to the variable of study specialization (human-scientific). To achieve the research objectives, the life skills scale was constructed on the classification of (WHO). The psychometric properties of the scale were examined. The waste sorting and recycling plant in the district of al- Mahmudiya (Yusufiya) is the only laboratory in Baghdad governorate. It is the only one in Iraq that collects and recycles waste. This study aimed to evaluate good manufacturing practices in food safety of ten different restaurants in the Al-Karkh area of Baghdad, Iraq. Forty samples collected from were collected from knives, food cutting boards, tables, hands and nails workers in restaurants. In addition. 70 food handlers were selected. The research aimed to investigate the level of Organizational Cynicism and Job Engagement of Government Schools teachers in Al Zubair district. To achieve this research was conducted on a random sample of (66) items. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses.
