As women obtained the right to work, the freedom of education correlates with the freedom to work, whether in state institutions, private sector institutions, or as an employer. Many women today have become successful business owners, and among them are those who have assumed positions in senior management in various large industrial and commercial institutions. This is important and remarkable progress that ushers in similar achievements to come. He entered and worked It has a positive impact on herself, her family, and society as a whole. Among what women need to enter the world of women’s entrepreneurship is support and support, building their capabilities and providing them with information, and encouraging women’s entrepreneurship to receive the state’s attention. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents are from the (single) category, with a number of 97, at a rate of (48.5%), as it is considered one of the most likely groups to be preoccupied with entrepreneurial work to ensure their future and the life of their families after marriage. The results of the study confirmed that women's possession of the spirit of risk and initiative represents one of the pillars of women's entrepreneurial work, as it recorded the highest number of respondents and their answers firmly agreed with number 84, which is one of the personal characteristics that an entrepreneur must have.

The present study is concerned with Biostratigraphy of the Early-Middle Miocene outcrops of Jeribe Formation in the Zurbatiyah area, Wasit Governorate, Eastern Iraq. Forty-two Samples collected from Shur Sharin and AL-Hashima outcrop sections. The fossil content is rich in large and small benthic foraminifera; Twenty-one species and genus are identified in this study, in addition to coral, gastropoda, pelecypoda, ostracoda, alge, echinoid and shell fragments.
