As women obtained the right to work, the freedom of education correlates with the freedom to work, whether in state institutions, private sector institutions, or as an employer. Many women today have become successful business owners, and among them are those who have assumed positions in senior management in various large industrial and commercial institutions. This is important and remarkable progress that ushers in similar achievements to come. He entered and worked It has a positive impact on herself, her family, and society as a whole. Among what women need to enter the world of women’s entrepreneurship is support and support, building their capabilities and providing them with information, and encouraging women’s entrepreneurship to receive the state’s attention. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents are from the (single) category, with a number of 97, at a rate of (48.5%), as it is considered one of the most likely groups to be preoccupied with entrepreneurial work to ensure their future and the life of their families after marriage. The results of the study confirmed that women's possession of the spirit of risk and initiative represents one of the pillars of women's entrepreneurial work, as it recorded the highest number of respondents and their answers firmly agreed with number 84, which is one of the personal characteristics that an entrepreneur must have.

This study deals with establishing the depositional environment of the Fatha Formation through facies analysis. It also deals with dividing the formation into units based on the rhythmic nature. This Study was conducted to investigate vaginitis in women who live in Baghdad City. Results Revealed that Candida spp. were the causal agent of 38.5% of symptomatic cases the yeasts Candidaalbicans, C.glabrata, C.tropicalis, C.parapsilosis and C.krusei were isolated with the percentage of 38.1, 9.1, 3.9, 2.6, 1.3 respectively also there were 18% of women in control group carrying Candida spp. The direct smear method were not efficient because the percentage of infection was 17.5% comparing with the culture method the sensitivity of direct smear method was 45.5% The percentage of WBC to Epithelial cells was less than one in 76.6% of women.
