Many women today have become successful business owners, and among them are those who have assumed positions in senior management in various large industrial and commercial institutions. Among what women need to enter the world of women’s entrepreneurship is support and support, building their capabilities and providing them with information, and encouraging women’s entrepreneurship to receive the state’s attention. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents are from the (single) category, with a number of 97, at a rate of (48.5%), as it is considered one of the most likely groups to be preoccupied with entrepreneurial work to ensure their future and the life of their families after marriage. The results of the study confirmed that women's possession of the spirit of risk and initiative represents one of the pillars of women's entrepreneurial work, as it recorded the highest number of respondents and their answers firmly agreed with number 84, which is one of the personal characteristics that an entrepreneur must have.

This research discusses the developmental role of the social worker in providing care for children at risk. The research is desicriptive in nature include both the theoretical and field aspects. The current study is a taxonomic account of three gastrotrich species that belong to Chaetonotidae (Phylum Gastrotricha) namely Ichthydium auritum Brunson, 1950 Lepidodermella squamata (Dujardin, 1841) and Chaetonotus anomalus Brunson, 1950. These species are registered as a new record from Iraq and were collected from several locations along the main outfall drain (MOD) in south of Baghdad, from January to December 2020. The species described in this article were found to be related to Hydrilla and Ceratophyllum and prefer environments rich in detritus and decomposing organic matter. The worms preferred water that is salty, hard, alkaline, and had good oxygen content.

Electrocoagulation process was employed for the treatment of river water flows in Iraq. In this study, a batch Electrocoagulation process was used to treat river water taken from Al - Qadisiyah water treatment plant. electrolysis time, voltage and inter-electrode spacing were the most important parameters to study . A statistical model was developed using the RSM model. The optimum condition after studying the parameter effect the process was 1 cm separating, 30 volts . The RSM model shows the ideal condition of removal for both the TSS and turbidity at 1 cm, 20 volts and 55 min.

Two types of drilling muds that were used for drilling section 12 1/4" and 8 3/4" which are Salt saturated mud and Ferro Chrome Lignosulfonate-Chrome Lignite mud.
