As women obtained the right to work, the freedom of education correlates with the freedom to work, whether in state institutions, private sector institutions, or as an employer. Many women today have become successful business owners, and among them are those who have assumed positions in senior management in various large industrial and commercial institutions. This is important and remarkable progress that ushers in similar achievements to come. He entered and worked It has a positive impact on herself, her family, and society as a whole. Among what women need to enter the world of women’s entrepreneurship is support and support, building their capabilities and providing them with information, and encouraging women’s entrepreneurship to receive the state’s attention. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents are from the (single) category, with a number of 97, at a rate of (48.5%), as it is considered one of the most likely groups to be preoccupied with entrepreneurial work to ensure their future and the life of their families after marriage. The results of the study confirmed that women's possession of the spirit of risk and initiative represents one of the pillars of women's entrepreneurial work, as it recorded the highest number of respondents and their answers firmly agreed with number 84, which is one of the personal characteristics that an entrepreneur must have.

The osseodensification (OD) drilling technique was suggested as an alveolar ridge expansion technique, so the aim of this prospective clinical study was to evaluate the amount of bone expansion obtained by the OD drilling technique and its effect on implant stability in patients with narrow alveolar ridges. In the current study, wild land plant specimens were collected during the flowering and fruiting period of these plants in February, April, June, August, and October 2023 from the riparian area of the Dujail River, Salahaldin Province, north of Baghdad, Iraq. Identified and the results showed that the number of these species were: 104 species, belong to 29 plant families, Included 26 dicotyledon families with 76 genera and 96 species.
