Abstract In light of the changing conditions that prevail in society, and the intense competition that institutions and countries are forced to face, especially after the opening of markets, and the transformation of the world into what is called a small village, entrepreneurship has emerged as an important tool for dealing with the developments of societies, whether it is related to individual business projects or Economics for national business, leadership was the key to any driving force towards achieving growth. Today, women are no longer captive to a specific orientation, but rather all horizons and fields of work have been opened to them, and they have been able to occupy the most important economic, voluntary, service, and commercial activities, and to prove their competence and ability in managing the most complex and advanced projects, and if this is the basic starting point for women on the world stage The characteristics of Iraqi women and the difficult conditions and challenges they went through during the previous years as a result of various cultural, social, economic and legal factors and influences prompted them to break into the scope of self-employment and production. As women obtained the right to work, the freedom of education correlates with the freedom to work, whether in state institutions, private sector institutions, or as an employer. Many women today have become successful business owners, and among them are those who have assumed positions in senior management in various large industrial and commercial institutions. This is important and remarkable progress that ushers in similar achievements to come. He entered and worked It has a positive impact on herself, her family, and society as a whole. Among what women need to enter the world of women’s entrepreneurship is support and support, building their capabilities and providing them with information, and encouraging women’s entrepreneurship to receive the state’s attention. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents are from the (single) category, with a number of 97, at a rate of (48.5%), as it is considered one of the most likely groups to be preoccupied with entrepreneurial work to ensure their future and the life of their families after marriage. The results of the study confirmed that women's possession of the spirit of risk and initiative represents one of the pillars of women's entrepreneurial work, as it recorded the highest number of respondents and their answers firmly agreed with number 84, which is one of the personal characteristics that an entrepreneur must have.
Codes of red, green, and blue data (RGB) extracted from a lab-fabricated colorimeter device were used to build a proposed classifier with the objective of classifying colors of objects based on defined categories of fundamental colors. Primary, secondary, and tertiary colors namely red, green, orange, yellow, pink, purple, blue, brown, grey, white, and black, were employed in machine learning (ML) by applying an artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm using Python. Nosocomial infections are one of the most important causes of mortality and morbidity in hospitals. These are major public health problems worldwide, but particularly in developing countries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the frequency of the microorganisms in the specimens taken from the surgical wounds, and to examine antimicrobial susceptibility for some isolates . Wound swabs were examined from June 2010 to January 2011. ... Show MoreNutrient enrichment of Sawa lake water was made using different nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations during autumn and spring at three stations. Different concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus and N: P ratios were used to test variations in phytoplankton population dynamics. Nitrogen at a concentration of 25 µmole.l-1 and N: P ratio of 10:1 gave highest phytoplankton cell number at all stations and seasons. A total of 64 algal taxa dominated by Bacillariophyceae followed by Cyanophyceae and Chlorophyceae were identified. The values of Shannon index of diversity were more than one in the studied stations.

The propagation of laser beam in the underdense deuterium plasma has been studied via computer simulation using the fluid model. An appropriate computer code “HEATER” has been modified and is used for this purpose. The propagation is taken to be in a cylindrical symmetric medium. Different laser wavelengths (1 = 10.6 m, 2 = 1.06 m, and 3 = 0.53 m) with a Gaussian pulse type and 15 ns pulse widths have been considered. Absorption energy and laser flux have been calculated for different plasma and laser parameters. The absorbed laser energy showed maximum for = 0.53 m. This high absorbitivity was inferred to the effect of the pondermotive force.
