The management of wisdom is concerned with the level of expertise, methods of transmission, use and ability to problems and their impact on behavior and human behavior in order to improve it in the form of successful decisions. The importance of management of wisdom in making successful decisions that ensure the survival and development of society through the provision of leaders capable of planning, organization and decision-making to achieve the goals and objectives required in a complex and changing environment. Where the administration faces positions and problems that require operational decisions to organize the activities of the institution in line with the strategic decisions already taken under the proper strategic planning. The existence of effective strategic decisions leads to the success of the institution and the quality of its work, by focusing on the long-term strategic options that affect "centrally" the life of the institution as a result of intellectual processes resulting from leaders with high scientific and experimental skills and creativity. It should be noted that the effective strategic decisions are aimed at the institution's activity for a long period of time, in which the direction of the institution is determined in a wide area that ensures the possibility of making detailed, partial and technical management decisions that guarantee the efficiency of the institution in the light of expected and unexpected changes.
Plentiful of healthcare practice is based on a disease/treatment approach rather than a prevention one. That is, the predominant focus is on treating existing symptoms and conditions that bring the patient to healthcare setting. This study was conducted to know some Immune responses in women with vaginal candidias is by Candidia species. Hemoglubin (Hb) was decreased significantly in patient women comparing with control group. The differential count of Blood cells revealed that neutrophils and monocytcs were increased significantly in patient women comparing with control group. The percentage of the Phagocytosis index was decreased significantly in patient women (66.45 + 15.05) comparing with control group (73.72 + 3.77) and the T- lymphocytes were decreased also in patient women (57.75 + 18.787) comparing with control group (74.25 + 7.759).
This research examines the phonological adaptation of pure vowels in English loanwords in Iraqi Arabic (IA). Unlike previous small-scale studies, the present study collected 346 loanwords through document review and self-observation, and then analyzed them using quantitative content analysis to identify the patterns of pure vowel adaptation involved in incorporating English loanwords into IA. The content analysis findings showed that most pure vowel adaptations in English loanwords in IA follow systematic patterns and may thus be attributed to specific characteristics of both L1 and L2 phonological systems.
