هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الحيوية الذاتية فضلاً عن التعرف على الفروق في الحيوية الذاتية بين الطلبة على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكر – انثى) والمرحلة الدراسية (أول-رابع) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي-انساني)، تألفت عينة الدراسة من (120) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة، وتم تطبيق مقياس الدراسة -مقياس (الحيوية الذاتية) وهو (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: - إن طلبة الجامعة يتمتعون بدرجة عالية من الحيوية الذاتية. - وجود فروق في الحيوية الذاتية على وفق متغير الجنس والفروق كانت لصالح الذكور. - عدم وجود فروق في الحيوية الذاتية على وفق متغير التخصص الدراسي أو متغير المرحلة الدراسية. - على وفق نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
This study examines the role played by the Iraqi media in promoting the values of citizenship and the dimensions of the various sectors of Iraqi society, an important segment namely university youth section.
The study intended to identify “the role of the Iraqi media organizations in promoting The sense of citizenship among young Iraqi university”, through: -
1. Identifying the most important Iraqi media, which works to promote the dimensions of citizenship and values.
2. To identify the extent of the contribution of the Iraqi media in promoting citizenship in dimensions (patriotic belonging, legal, political, economic, social, cultural).

The study aims to identify the role of Nizwa University in disseminating the concept of knowledge economy among students from the point of view of the faculty members. The researchers used the descriptive approach, as well as used a questionnaire consisting of (20) items distributed into (4) fields. It was administered to a sample of (93) Faculty members.
