Diabetes imposes a substantial public health burden; according to the International Diabetes Federation, there were about 3.4 million diabetes related deaths worldwide in 2024, and in Iraq, the Federation reports that one in nine adults lives with diabetes in 2024, with 14,683 adult deaths attributable to diabetes and a total diabetes related health expenditure of 2,078 million United States dollars. The dataset analyzed in this study contains 1,000 records collected in 2020 from two Iraqi teaching hospitals and includes multiple clinical and laboratory measurements with three outcome classes, namely Non diabetic, Pre diabetic, and Diabetic, with a low prevalence of the Pre diabetic class and an imbalanced overall class distribution; the data are challenging because they contain many outliers, non homogeneous covariance matrices across classes, exact duplicate rows that were removed before modelling, and linear correlations among certain variables. The study objective was to train and evaluate models that discriminate among the three classes and yield accurate, well calibrated predictions for future cases in similar clinical settings, but the diagnostic properties of the data limited the applicability of classical discriminant functions; therefore two supervised learners were employed: Classification and Regression Trees (CART) and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), together with preprocessing that removed exact duplicate rows and excluded VLDL because it is algebraically derived from triglycerides in mmol per liter as VLDL equals triglycerides divided by 2.2, which would introduce redundancy and multicollinearity. On the heldout test set, XGBoost achieved higher Accuracy at 98.18 percent compared with 97.58 percent for CART and higher Balanced Accuracy at 93.84 percent compared with 88.16 percent for CART, indicating that XGBoost provided the strongest overall operating point for this three-class task while CART remains useful when simple and transparent rules are required.
The research aims to measure the net nominal protection coefficients for the products table eggs and poultry meat and the extent of its impact on domestic production volume for the period of 1990- 2013 has been the use of mathematical formulas simplified in the calculation of the transaction process with a view to the extent of support and protection offered by the state pricing policy for products Resources Sector Animal in Iraq and reach search Highlights and most important, there are volatile price state policy with regard to eggs and poultry meat, as it ranged net nominal protection coefficients between the larger and less than the right one, which means that values are unstable to support local producers or consumers, and can be The

The number of species still remaining to be discovered and described is extraordinarily high. Ant members function at many levels: predators and prey, as re, mutualists, and herbivores (Hölldobler and Wilson, 1990). On the other hand, the known living ants involve 17 subfamilies, 334 genera, 13.226 species and 1.966 subspecies of which are described; in Iraq, there were about 108 species was recorded (Bolton, 2017). The desert ant or Cataglyphis Förster is diagnosed from other genera by many features that include: ocelli present and distinct, anterio-ventral surface of head with long and curved hairs, antennal

Therefore, the research started from the problem of the weak efficiency of the tax reform process in the General Authority for Taxation, as well as the need to know the addition of new taxes or increase taxes. The research aims study the relative importance of each disabled person, whether organizational, human, financial, legislative or technical. The research led to a number of conclusions, the most important of which were that the financial obstacles occupy the highest importance of the other obstacles and for the success of the tax reform, the material resources must be provided in order to provide the n

Show MoreThis study investigates the impact of spatial resolution enhancement on supervised classification accuracy using Landsat 9 satellite imagery, achieved through pan-sharpening techniques leveraging Sentinel-2 data. Various methods were employed to synthesize a panchromatic (PAN) band from Sentinel-2 data, including dimension reduction algorithms and weighted averages based on correlation coefficients and standard deviation. Three pan-sharpening algorithms (Gram-Schmidt, Principal Components Analysis, Nearest Neighbour Diffusion) were employed, and their efficacy was assessed using seven fidelity criteria. Classification tasks were performed utilizing Support Vector Machine and Maximum Likelihood algorithms. Results reveal that specifi
