A polycrystalline CdTefilms have been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate at room temperature. The films thickness was about700±50 nm. Some of these films were annealed at 573 K for different duration times (60, 120 and 180 minutes), and other CdTe films followed by a layer of CdCl2 which has been deposited on them, and then the prepared CdTe films with CdCl2 layer have been annealed for the same conditions. This study was aimed to monitor oral zinc sulfate role on local cervical proinflammatory cytokines in HPV-infected women comparing with these cytokines before treatment application. A cervical secretion got from 28 infected women before and after treatment with zinc sulfate, these samples assessed various markers of inflammation including interleukin-1β, IL-8, and IL-12. Results manifested that improve and clear the cervical HPV infections after three months of zinc treatment 46.43% and 21.43%, respectively. Viral infections with single and multiple HPV high-risk types are raising of studied cytokines after 3-month compared with single HPV low-risk type. This study was done to examine different concentrations of mercuric chloride (Hgcl2) for Explants sterilization and different
concentration of NAA) mg/L with 2iP for their effect on initiation primary callus and subsequent embryogenesis in Phoenix
dactyliferae cultivar Barhi. Leaf primordial and shoot tips were excised from 2-3 years old offshoot. The result showed that
contamination percentage decreased with an increase in concentration of Hgcl2 for two explants where in the control (0.0)%
gave highest value 75% and 62.5% of contamination for leaf primordial and shoot tip respectively while the addition (0.1)%
