The aim of this research is to identify the availability of quality standards for the websites of the Palestinian TV channels and to provide an assessment of the quality standards used by the websites of TV Channels web sites in general and Palestinian TV channels in particular. Through the use of the method of media survey method descriptive methods, and the research has reached the difference in the application of quality standards for TV Channels sites in the web sites of Palestinian TV Channels, and the development of language of visual communication for the design of those sites in exchange for the lack of access to those sites of the technical possibilities that is Provided by the Internet.

The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of replacing fat(shortening) with different percentages of tahena on the quality properties (physiochemical and sensory ) of shortened cake.The percentages of moisture,protein ,fat and ash of cake increased significantly(p<0.05) as the replacement was increased .The highest increase percentages were 10,48,5,and 90 %,respectivly, at 100% replacement .Carbohydrate,however,decreased by 10%at 100% replacement .these findings may indicate improvement of cake nutritional value.Standing height,as an indicator of cake volume, also increased significantly by 4% at the 50% replacement then it decreased by 4% 100% replacement level. Five Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolated from the ability of chitinase production from the isolates were studied. Quantitative screening appeared that Saccharomyces cerevisiae S4 was the highest chitinase producer specific activity 1.9 unit/mg protein. The yeast was culture in liquid and solid state fermentation media (SSF). Different plant obstanases were used for (SSF) with the chitine, while liquid media contained chitine with the diffrented nitrogen source. The favorable condition for chitinase producers were incubated at 30 ºC at pH 6 and 1% colloidal chitine.
