A novel ligand ((1E)-(2-(4-fluorobenzylidene)amino)methyl) phenyl)diazenyl)-1,3,7-trimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (4-FADPD) was synthesized via the azotization reaction of 2-aminobenzylamine with caffeine, and the resultant compound was condensed with 4-fluorobenzaldehyde to form a newly azo-Schiff base ligand. Its complexes with Cu(II), Ag(I), and Au(III) were synthesized. The results of multi-identifications, including XRD, elemental analysis (C.H.N), UV-vis spectroscopy, FTIR, and 1H-NMR, were used to propose the suggested structures using molar conductivity measurements. These data were utilized to propose appropriate geometric configurations for all complexes. The azo-Schiff base ligand coordinates toward the Cu(II) ion in octahedral geometry and Ag(I) ion in tetrahedral geometry, whereas the Au(III) ion gives it a square planar structure. Nanoparticle size was determined using scanning microscopy (FE-SEM). Significant antiproliferative activity was observed with the Au(III) nanocomplex against human lung cancer (A549) cells, compared with normal cell lines (HDFn), as indicated by the IC50 values. The purpose of our research is to prepare new nanocomplexes derived from caffeine and to demonstrate the effectiveness of an Au(III) nanocomplex against lung cancer as a future treatment that may benefit pharmaceutical preparations.
Background: Calcium hydroxide and calcium-silicate materials used as direct pulp capping materials. The aims of this in vitro study is to compare among these materials in, the calcium ion release and pH change in soaking water after immersion of materials’ specimens in deionized water. Also Solubility and water sorption of materials’ specimens measured after soaking time. Calcium-silicate materials used were Biodentine, TheraCal and MTA Plus. Materials and methods: Four materials used in this study; Urbical lining (as control group), Biodentine, TheraCal and MTA Plus. Ten discs fabricated from each tested material, by using plastic moulds of 9 mm diameter and 1 mm thickness. Each specimen was immersed in 10 ml of d

This process resulted in the formation of a robust AG@CN-PMDA composite with improved physicochemical characteristics suitable for advanced adsorption applications. The AG@CN-PMDA composite was evaluated for its efficiency in removal of the cationic dye methyl violet 2B (MV 2B) from aqueous solution. The adsorption process was refined through the Box-Behnken design (RSM-BBD), evaluating three essential parameters: adsorbent dosage (A: 0.02–0.1 g/100 mL), pH (B: 4–10), and time (C: 5–20 min). The ideal conditions f

The aims of this study were to assess the severity of dental caries among the students with different categories of stressful life events in relation to physicochemical characteristics of whole stimulated saliva. Materials and Methods: the total sample is composed of 300 students (males only) aged 17-18 ye

In recent years, the study of this phenomenon has become important because of the danger caused by increasing desertification at the expense of the green cover as well as its impact on human health. In this study is important to devote the remote sensing of dust storms and its detection.Through this research, the dust storms can be detected in semi-arid areas, which are difficult to distinguish between these storms and desert areas. For the distinction between the dust storm pixels in the image with those that do not contain dust storm can be applied the Normalized Difference Dust Index (NDDI) and Brightness Temperature variation (BTV). Naturally occurring ginsenosides in the ginseng plant inhibit cell proliferation and significantly reduce liver damage induced by certain chemicals. Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a primary mycotoxin due to its hepatotoxic, immunotoxic, and oncogenic effects in animal models and humans. In this study, we examined the effects of assorted doses of PG aqueous crude extract on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 1 and 7 (MMP-1 and MMP-7) in the kidney, spleen, and liver of experimental AFB1-exposed mice, using immunohistochemistry (IHC). Mice were orally administered

XRD, FE-SEM, EDX, BET surface area, UV-vis DRS and VSM were used to characterize the synthesized nanocomposites. The photocatalytic performance was evaluated using batch reactor under visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic activity of [email protected]/SPID nanocomposite was revealed to exceed that of [email protected] nanocomposite due to the heterojunctions between SPID and [email protected] species. The results exhibited that the effect of BPA initial concentration was found to be effectual on the improvement

There are several barriers standing in the way of 5G green communication systems satisfying the expectations for faster networks, more user capacity, lower resource consumption, and cost‐effectiveness. 5G standards implementation would speed up data transmission and increase the reliability of connected devices for Industry 4.0 applications. The demand for intelligent healthcare systems has increased globally as a result of the introduction of the novel COVID‐19. Designing 5G communication systems presents research problems such as optimizing
