Football is a game derived from the integration of football and tennis skills and some of the laws of volleyball and yard measurements, and since it is a newly created game must be studied and cover all aspects related to them to reach them to the highest levels. It is known that each game or sports activity should have Physical capabilities and motor skills, which is important to determine the level of technical performance where the abilities of the game contribute to mastering skills. The significance of the research in determining the standard levels of physical and motor abilities of the football players to help young professionals and the sponsors to increase the efficiency of these capabilities and thus raise the level of performance. The research aims identify the most important physical and motor abilities of football players aged 14-15 years and Set standard levels of physical and motor fitness tests for footballers aged 14-15 years. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method due to its suitability for the problem and objectives of the research. The research community determined the 55-year-old, specialized school footballers aged 14-15, and the tests were a research to The researchers used the appropriate statistical means to process the data. The results were as follows: The most important physical and motor abilities required by football beginners are flexibility, speed, speed and agility. After identifying the standard levels of tests, The results of the majority of the research sample were below the good level and between the two levels (average, acceptable). The highest percentage of the sample was in the tests (flexibility, speed, Plan for members of the sample at the level of (good) in the fitness test. In the light of the results , the researchers made a number of recommendations.
The present research aims at identifying the effect of the cognitive discrepancy strategy on the fourth-stage students’ achievement in literature and texts. Objective of the study was to rate and analyze the physical fitness of female students from Iraq and Russia to find similarities, differences and regularities. Sampled for the study were 44 female non-sporting students: 20 students from Pedagogical University in Bagdad; and 24 students from Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism in Moscow. Mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were distilled into narrow fractions. The range of these narrow fractions were 10oC, starting from IBP to 350oC. The total distillates from mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were 58.25 vol % and 44.65 vol %, respectively.The hydrocarbons compositions (paraffin, naphthene, aromatic) in light fractions starting from IBP to 250oC were determined by using PONA analysis method. The results show that the paraffin content decreases with increasing mid percent boiling point of the fraction, while the naphthene, and aromatic increase with the increase of mid percent boiling point of mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils.
