Therefore, the researcher considers that the basic skills tests are suited to the level of the tested individuals in terms of their age and mental ability. The research community for people with minor mental disabilities determines the male category of the mental and social disability institutes and the Special Olympics Union in the province of Baghdad for the period 2017-2018, who are 12-15 years of age and 6-9 years of mental age, (97), representing 12 institutes, as well as the Special Olympics Union. After obtaining the results and processing them statistically, the researcher reached two conclusions: The tests of handling skills were applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, National Institute for People with Simple Mental Disabilities, Which, along with the rest of the tests to select the players of the Iraqi national team for people with mental disabilities simple in the Special Olympics Union, technical results of the tests by setting standards for it to be later a test and useful in the calendar and comparison. The research recommendations focused on the adoption of the skills of Passing in the continuous evaluation process, and the use of its criteria during the selection process.
Human serum albumin (HSA) nanoparticles have been widely used as versatile drug delivery systems for improving the efficiency and pharmaceutical properties of drugs. Three-dimension nonlinear finite element model using ANSYS program was employed to study the behavior of bond between concrete and plain steel reinforcement. The aim of this study is to propose reliable equations to estimate the in-situ concrete compressive strength from the non-destructive test. Three equations were proposed: the first equation considers the number of rebound hummer only, the second equation consider the ultrasonic pulse velocity only, and the third equation combines the number of rebound hummer and the ultrasonic pulse velocity. The proposed equations were derived from non-linear regression analysis and they were calibrated with the test results of 372 concrete specimens compiled from the literature.
