هدف البحث إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية وبناء أنموذج للجامعة المنتجة ، باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي بواقع جولتين إذ عرضت أداة البحث على 30 خبير واعتمدت نسبة 93 %حد أدنى لقبول الفقرة ، واستنتجت الباحثة إن معظم الجامعات لا تتوافر لديها الموارد الكافية وبالتالي فان تبني مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة يمثل أسلوبا مناسبا لواقع التمويل في تلك الجامعات ، إذ أن هناك حاجة ماسة إلى تدعيم مصادر تمويل التعليم الجامعي بموارد إنتاجية تحصل منها الجامعة على نفقات في ظل تناقص الموارد المالية التقليدية ، أما أهم التوصيات فركزت على ضرورة الإفادة من تجارب بعض الجامعات العالمية والعربية في تطبيق مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة و استثمار المعرفة وتسويق النتاجات العلمية بما يحقق مصادر تمويلية إضافية ومتنوعة تسهم في تغطية العجز المالي كونها عوائد استثمارية مجزية للجامعة من ناحية وتنمية المشاريع كجزء أساسي من رسالتها من جهة أخرى ، أما من متطلبات الأنموذج ضرورة استحداث وظيفة جديدة للجامعة وهي وظيفة الإنتاج والتسويق) تسويق النتاجات العلمية ( ، و إعادة النظر في فلسفة التعليم العالي وأهدافه وممارساته وادخال تعديلات جوهرية على عناصره المختلفة إذا أريد أن يكون له دور فاعل في عملية التنمية . الكلمات المفتاحية:

The present study aims to develop and apply the unrealistic optimism scale among high school students. The researcher has designed a scale of (38) paragraphs to measure the unrealistic optimism. A sample of (200) male and female students were chosen randomly to collect the needed data. The study found that the unrealistic scale of optimism has good psychometric characteristics. The current research aims to construct a scale for the nine types of students’ personality according to Rob Fitzel model. To do this, (162) items were formed that present the nine types of personality with (18) items for each type. To test the validity of the scale, a sample of (584) students of Al-Mustansrya University were chosen. The data of their responses was analyzed by using factor analysis. The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type of personality with (12) items for each one. Then, the reliability of the scale was found by using the test-retest method and Alfa Cronbach method.
