   فإنَّ الاشتغالَ بعلومِ الشريعةِ مِن أشرفِ العلوم في الدنيا منزلةً، وأعلاها عندَ اللهِ تعالى درجةً، وإن خدمةَ هذه العلومِ ومصنَّفاتها فرض على أبناءِ الأُمةِ الإسلامية، دراسةً وشرحاً وتحقيقاً ولاسيما التراثَ المخطوطَ منهُ.

وقد وَقعَ اختيارنا مِن بينِ هذا التُّراثِ الغالي على تحقيق كتابِ "زبدة الفتاوى" للإمامِ محمد بن يوسف القرماني، وتقدَّمتُ به

This research work involves the preparation of nano activated carbonand macro activated carbon from corn seeds with a various mixing ratio ofpotassium hydroxide (1:0, 1:0.2, 1:0.4, 1:0.6, 1:0.8 and 1:1) % using thermaland micro radiation carbonization to identify the best mixing ratio. At studyto confirmed that the efficiency and effectiveness of the prepared of activatedcarbon samples increase when ratio potassium hydroxide increase with athermal and micro radiation carbonization was used.    In this paper , two method which deal with finding the optimal value for adaptive smoothing constant, are compared .This constant is used in adaptive Single Exponential Smoothing (ASES).

The comparing is between a method uses time domain and another uses frequency domain when the data contain outlier value for autoregressive model of order one AR(1) , or Markov Model, when the time series are stationary and non stationary with deferent samples .
