Myoma is a common benign uterine tumor; therefore
it is common in pregnancy. One in ten women will
have complications related to myoma in pregnancy.
Few treatment options are available during pregnancy,
conservative treatment with analgesia, reassurance and
supportive therapy is almost always adequate but in
carefully selected patients, myomectomy has been
performed successfully without jeopardizing
pregnancy outcome. The usual indications for surgery
during pregnancy include torsion of pedunculated
uterine myoma and obstructed labor, surgical
intervention during pregnancy is occasionally
necessary in uncommon cases of intractable pain.

The problem of steady, laminar, natural convective flow in an square enclosure with and without partitions is considered for Rayleigh number (103-106) and Prandtl number (0.7). Vertical walls were maintained isothermal at different temperatures while horizontal walls and the partitions were insulated. The length of partition was taken constant. Objective : To find out the prevalence of Hypochondriasis among Iraqi repatriated prisoners of
Iraq-Iran war, and the relationship with some variables.
Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out from Jan. 2nd , 2006 through May 4th , 2006. A
non-probability accidental sample of 400 repatriates who had visited; Ministry of Human Rights,
Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Defense. A questionnaire was constructed for this purpose, which
