Twelve species from Brassicaceae family were studied using two different molecular techniques: RAPD and ISSR; both of these techniques were used to detect some molecular markers associated with the genotype identification. RAPD results, from using five random primers, revealed 241 amplified fragments, 62 of them were polymorphic (26%).

The purpose of this research is to synthesize a new mixed ligand Schiff base complexes of Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), and Hg(II),which are formulated from the Schiff base (L) that resulted from orthophathalaldehyde (2-PA) with 4-chloroaniline(4-NA). Diagnosis of prepared Ligand and its complexes is done by spectral methods as 1H–NMR, mass spectrometer, FTIR, UV-Vis, molar conductance, elemental microanalyses, atomic absoption and magnetic susceptibility. Ad-Hoc Networks are a generation of networks that are truly wireless, and can be easily constructed without any operator. There are protocols for management of these networks, in which the effectiveness and the important elements in these networks are the Quality of Service (QoS). In this work the evaluation of QoS performance of MANETs is done by comparing the results of using AODV, DSR, OLSR and TORA routing protocols using the Op-Net Modeler, then conduct an extensive set of performance experiments for these protocols with a wide variety of settings. The nuclear level density parameter  in non Equi-Spacing Model (NON-ESM), Equi-Spacing Model (ESM) and the Backshifted Energy Dependent Fermi Gas model (BSEDFG) was determined for 106 nuclei; the results are tabulated and compared with the experimental works. It was found that there are no recognizable differences between our results and the experimental -values. The calculated level density parameters have been used in computing the state density as a function of the excitation energies for ⁵⁸Fe and ²⁴⁶Cm nuclei. The results are in a good agreement with the experimental results from earlier published work.
