The aim of the present work is the synthesis of new carbohydrate derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole from D-fructose . To obtain these derivatives, the diacetone fructose (1 ) was chosen as the starting material, which was obtained from the reaction of anhydrous fructose with dry acetone in presence of anhydrous ferric chloride. Oxidation of ( 1) with potassium permanganate in potassium hydroxide solution gave the acid ( 2). Esterification of the acid with dimethyl sulphate gave the methyl ester (3 ). Treatment of the methyl ester (3 ) with hydrazine hydrate gave the hydrazide (4 ), which is the desired Chiron. The hydrazide (4 ) was used for the preparation of 1,2,4-triazole-5-one (6 ) derivative. These compounds was synthesized by the intramolecular cyclization of the semicarbazide derivative ( 5), which was obtained from the reaction between the hydrazide ( 4) and phenylisocyanate. Alkylation of (6 ) with different alkyl halides give (6a,6b ). All the synthesized compounds were characterized by the following techniques : CHN analysis and FTIR spectra . The antibacterial activity for their compounds were studied against three selected micro-organisms Eschericha coli , Klebsiella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa .

Charge transfer in styryl dyes STQ-1, STQ-2,and STQ-3 with organic media system has been studied theoretically depending on the Franck- Condon rule and continuum dielectric model . The reorientation energies (eV) were evaluated theoretically depending on dipole momentum, dielectric constant , and refrective index n. The rate constant of charge transfer has been calculated depending on the reorientation energy (eV) ,effective free energy , potential height barrier , and coupling coefficient . A matlap program has been written to calculated the rate constant of charge transfer and other parameter. The reactions of ozone with 2,3-Dimethyl-2-Butene (CH3)2C=C(CH3)2 and 1,3-Butadiene CH2=CHCH=CH2 have been investigated under atmospheric conditions at 298±3K in air using both relative and absolute rate techniques, and the measured rate coefficients are found to be in good agreement in both techniques used. The obtained results show the addition of ozone to the double bond in these compounds and how it acts as function of the methyl group substituent situated on the double bond. Background: Traumatic ulcerative granuloma with stromal eosinophilia is an impressive benign chronic ulcerative lesion of the oral mucosa with vague etiopathogenesis. It was supposed to represent an oral counterpart of primary cutaneous CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorder. Histopathologically, it is characterized by mixed inflammatory infiltrate predominated by histiocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophils along with presence of scattered large atypical mononuclear cells. It has worrisome clinical presentation. It may heal spontaneously, but in most occasions it persists and never heal unless removed surgically (incisional or excisional biopsy).
