Diğer bir deyişle, o zamana değin, eserin sadece adı vardı, fakat kendisi ortada yoktu. Eser, bugün bütün dünyada biliniyor, hakkında kitap, makale yazılıyor ve üzerinde tartışmalar yapılıyorsa, bunu büyük kitap aşığı, ilim ve kültür sevdalısı Ali Emiri Efendi’ye borçluyuz. Ali Emiri Efendi, Abbasi Halifesine sunulmak üzere Bağdat’ta 1072-1074 yıllarında Kaşgarlı Mahmud tarafından yazılan bu muhteşem eseri, sahaflarda Divan-ı Lugat-it Türk olduğu bilinmeden satılı

The research topic (The Impact of the Compulsory Reserve on the Banks Credit-an applied  research on    a sample of Iraqi banks), was chosen on basis of the Iraqi  private Banks attempts to increase their credit activities in hope to gain more profits.This coincided with  the CBI aim to back the private banking market.It is thus apparent why the CBI issued its regulation to those banks to increase their capitals up  to IDB250. In this study, new derivatives of Schiff bases of 2-thio-5-aryl1,3,4-oxadiazole have been synthesized. The structures of these derivatives were characterized from their melting points, infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The Schiff bases derivatives were tested for inhibition of E-coli and were all found to be active.
