Researchers are increasingly using multimodal biometrics to strengthen the security of biometric applications. In this study, a strong multimodal human identification model was developed to address the growing problem of spoofing attacks in biometric security systems. Through the use of metaheuristic optimization methods, such as the Genetic Algorithm(GA), Ant Colony Optimization(ACO), and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for feature selection, this unique model incorporates three biometric modalities: face, iris, and fingerprint. Image pre-processing, feature extraction, critical image feature selection, and multibiometric recognition are the four main steps in the workflow of the system. To determine its performance, the model was evaluated on the SDUMLA-HMT dataset, which contains a variety of biometric features from various individuals. The system outperformed existing techniques in the literature with an excellent recognition accuracy of 99.4%. Although this result is encouraging, further research on larger and more varied datasets is necessary to confirm its applicability across many circumstances. This study highlights how multimodal biometrics strengthened by metaheuristic algorithms can considerably increase biometric security against spoofing assaults, thereby opening a promising new direction for future development in the field.
Physicians are likely to expend significant labor and time while manually calculating blood smears. Automatic computer-based methods for classifying acute lymphoblastic leukemia have trouble correctly lighting stained white blood cell microscopy images and accurately separating cells that touch or overlap. Additionally, incorporating machine learning techniques into medical services is very hard because doctors can deal with rough guesses as long as the results aren't too bad, but they can't use these calculations for actual medical care. Enabling a A deep network having knowledge of the accuracy of its own predictions is a fascinating and crucial issue. Most instances segmentation frameworks weigh the mask quality during the instance

Show MoreThe emphasis of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) or tactic planning is on time and spatial disintegration of the cumulative planning targets and forecasts, along with the provision and forecast of the required resources. This procedure eventually becomes considerably difficult and slow as the number of resources, products and periods considered increases. A number of studies have been carried out to understand these impediments and formulate algorithms to optimise the production planning problem, or more specifically the master production scheduling (MPS) problem. These algorithms include an Evolutionary Algorithm called Genetic Algorithm, a Swarm Intelligence methodology called Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA), Bat Algorithm (BAT), T

The process of data collection and analysis typically involves huge transfers of management data to the manager which cause considerable network throughput and bottlenecks at the manager side. All these problems processed using the Agent technology as a solution to distribute the management functionality over the network elements. The proposed system consists of the server agent that is working together with clients agents to monitor the logging (off, on) of the clients computers and which user is working on it. file system watcher mechanism is used to indicate any change in files. Stage separation of oil and gas is accomplished with a series of separators operating at sequentially reduced pressures. Liquid discharged from a higher pressure separator into the lower pressure separator. The set of working separators pressures which yield maximum recovery of liquid hydrocarbon from the well fluid is the optimum set of pressures which is the target of this work.
Computer model is used to find the optimum separators pressures. The model employs the Peng-Robinson equation of state for volatile oil. Application of this model shows good improvement of al
