The planning for the formation of administrative policies and guidance through leadership are important things for managing administrative processes and sporting activities. As both contribute in the stability of the administrative conditions, and their development in the sport federations, whether they both were attentive about team and individual Olympic Games. The two researchers observe that, there is a variation in the correct way of application. Particularly in the formulation of administrative policies and leadership describing it as, modern management standards for both team and individual Olympic Games in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. That led to cause a misconception and lack of clarity for some administrators of those unions. The descriptive approach was used in the comparative study method. The research society included the preparation of the boards of directors in the sports federations of the team and individual Olympic Games competitions by (24) federations, (195) members and excluded (35) form those of were not submitted. As a result, the remaining was 160 members, in which their proportion formed (82.05%). After that, two questionnaire forms were applied (formation of administrative and leadership policies) on the sample population to obtain the results and process them statistically. Based on that, research findings were reached: 1. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the distinguished management in the formation of administrative and leadership policies in the Iraqi Olympic Committee. 2. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the replacement of the familiar methods with new methods in the formation of administrative and leadership policies. 3. Lack of financial donations by the Iraqi Olympic Committee contributed to the absence of keeping up with the development of thoughts and the administrative work of the policymaking and leadership through the lack of training and qualifying the Olympic sports federations’ administrators. 4. The National Olympic Committee of Iraq lack the standards that would assess and evaluate the development of the formation of administrative and leadership

This study focuses on evaluating the suitability of three interpolation methods in terms of their accuracy at climate data for some provinces of south of Iraq. Two data sets of maximum and minimum temperature in February 2008 from nine meteorological stations located in the south of Iraq using three interpolation methods. ArcGIS is used to produce the spatially distributed temperature data by using IDW, ordinary kriging, and spline. This study is an attempt to investigate the conceptual metaphor of UP and DOWN commonly used in Iraqi community. Some of the metaphorical expressions in Iraqi colloquial Arabicarewidely used by Iraqi speakers in everyday language. Ithas been analyzed by following the cognitive theory of metaphor (Lakoff& Johnson,1980).The study indicates that the Iraqi speakerexperiences more of the metaphorical expressions of UP and DOWN to referto many of the abstract concepts that shape his/her impression of everyday life situations.
The research aims to clarify the response of the GDP to the M1 shock. It includes access to the results using standard methods, where the standard model was built according to quarterly data using the program STATA 17. According to the joint integration model ARDL, the research found a long-term equilibrium positive for the relationship between GDP and the money supply in Iraq, as the change in the money supply by a certain percentage will lead to a change in GDP by about 71% of that percentage.
