The planning for the formation of administrative policies and guidance through leadership are important things for managing administrative processes and sporting activities. As both contribute in the stability of the administrative conditions, and their development in the sport federations, whether they both were attentive about team and individual Olympic Games. The two researchers observe that, there is a variation in the correct way of application. Particularly in the formulation of administrative policies and leadership describing it as, modern management standards for both team and individual Olympic Games in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. That led to cause a misconception and lack of clarity for some administrators of those unions. The descriptive approach was used in the comparative study method. The research society included the preparation of the boards of directors in the sports federations of the team and individual Olympic Games competitions by (24) federations, (195) members and excluded (35) form those of were not submitted. As a result, the remaining was 160 members, in which their proportion formed (82.05%). After that, two questionnaire forms were applied (formation of administrative and leadership policies) on the sample population to obtain the results and process them statistically. Based on that, research findings were reached: 1. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the distinguished management in the formation of administrative and leadership policies in the Iraqi Olympic Committee. 2. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the replacement of the familiar methods with new methods in the formation of administrative and leadership policies. 3. Lack of financial donations by the Iraqi Olympic Committee contributed to the absence of keeping up with the development of thoughts and the administrative work of the policymaking and leadership through the lack of training and qualifying the Olympic sports federations’ administrators. 4. The National Olympic Committee of Iraq lack the standards that would assess and evaluate the development of the formation of administrative and leadership

The main purpose of this paper, is to characterize new admissible classes of linear operator in terms of seven-parameter Mittag-Leffler function, and discuss sufficient conditions in order to achieve certain third-order differential subordination and superordination results. ... Show MoreIn this work, diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films were prepared from Cyclohexane. Thin films were deposited on quartz substrate by atmospheric pressure Argon plasma jet system. The plasma jet system was applying high voltage sinusoidal waves of frequency 28 kHz and potential difference of 7.5kV peak to peak across the electrodes. The effect of annealing at 400, 500 and 600 °C under vacuum for two hours on optical properties and structural properties of the DLC thin films were investigated. This effect was clarified by X-ray diffraction (XRD), FTIR, UV-Visible absorption, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Raman Spectroscopy. The quality of groundwater in the Al-Hawija area was assessed using a water quality index. Data of nine physico-chemical parameters of 28 groundwater wells were used to calculate the water quality index (WQI). A heterogeneous water quality was reported, where in close proximity to the Lesser Zab River (LZR), it has low WQI values and permissible for human consumptions due to the dilution processes by fresh water; whereas, it becomes deteriorated in areas located far away the river. The values of WQI ranges from 22 to 336, indicating a good to very poor groundwater quality.
