The researcher concluded that it consists of several types of structures, where the intellectual structure related to the choice of the idea, its treatment, its effect, the choice of the topic, the way ideas are addressed and presented in the film, and then the dramatic structure of the film's characters, the formulation of its events, its dramatic composition, its temporal arrangement, the identification of the parties to the conflict and their management, then these are formulated. The systems cooling hybrid solar uses solar collector to convert solar energy into the source of heat for roasting Refrigerant outside of the compressor and this process helps in the transformation of Refrigerant from the gas to a liquid state in two-thirds the top of the condenser instead of two-thirds the bottom of the condenser as in Conventional cooling systems and this in turn reduces the energy necessary to lead the process of cooling. In this paper, an efficient image segmentation scheme is proposed of boundary based & geometric region features as an alternative way of utilizing statistical base only. The test results vary according to partitioning control parameters values and image details or characteristics, with preserving the segmented image edges.
