Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of mortality in women. Estimating cardiovascular risk using prediction models is essential for guiding preventive strategies. Despite progress, conventional risk models still omit critical women-specific factors, limiting their accuracy. Precision medicine, supported by artificial intelligence, provides a framework to integrate these overlooked determinants. This approach may help close existing gaps in cardiovascular risk prediction. Sex-specific biomarkers that contribute to overall cardiovascular risk can be incorporated into risk assessment tools to improve prevention strategies, early detection, and personalized intervention. The integration of imaging-derived variables enhances diagnosis accuracy. Moreover, pharmacokinetic modeling may help optimize therapy and reduce adverse events. Future research should focus on refining risk prediction algorithms that incorporate women-specific cardiovascular risk. Herein, we explore how addressing the burden of CVD in women through precision medicine requires a tailored approach that considers sex-specific risk factors, hormonal influences, biomarkers, and imaging modalities. This review provides a descriptive synthesis of current evidence and highlights existing knowledge gaps and future directions in precision medicine for cardiovascular risk prediction in women.
The platforms of social networking sites, with their distinctive communication and technological features, create a social movement that led to the establishment of a new pattern of communication in a modern context. This allows the users on the internet to carry out many social interactions based on the interests and commonalities among them. Algerian women have a share of this digital presence by representing their views and discussing their issues on several sites like Facebook, for example.
In this research, we have analyzed the pages of Algerian women on Facebook site to find out the most important issues addressed by Algerian women so that we can organize their concerns in the digital channels and discover their different orie
Objectives: This study aimed to findout approaches which used by midwives for avoiding episiotomy and assess their knowledge regarding complications of episiotomy in three main cities of Kurdistan region. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted between 1st January and 15th April 2014 in the three biggest maternity teaching hospitals. The study population included all the midwives (n=53) working in delivery rooms. Data were collected through interview with midwives. Results: The Midwives stated the followings as complications of episiotomy: tear into the rectum muscle or rectum itself (52.8%), bleedi
The authentic traditional architecture proved that it is very convenient to the environmental and social regulations where it appeared and lasted for hundred of years.
This traditional architecture got the intelligence in providing thermal comfort for their occupants by the intelligent usage of the building materials and the intelligent planning and designs which took in consideration the climatic condition and the aerodynamics of the whole city as one ecological system starting from the cold breeze passing through its narrow streets till it enters the dwelling units and glides out through the wind catchers.
This architecture had been neglected and replaced by modern imported architecture which had collap

This parasite is called Toxoplasma gondii widely distributed around the world . Toxoplasma gondii can be vertically transmitted to the fetus during pregnancy and may cause wide range of clinical manifestations in the offspring.
Objective: To determine seroprevalence Immunoglobulin G (IgG) and Immunoglobulin M (IgM ) to toxoplasma gondii among pregnant women and to identify the risk factors.
Type of the study: A cross-sectional study.
Methods: A total of 110 blood samples of pregnant women were collected from

General Background: Deep image matting is a fundamental task in computer vision, enabling precise foreground extraction from complex backgrounds, with applications in augmented reality, computer graphics, and video processing. Specific Background: Despite advancements in deep learning-based methods, preserving fine details such as hair and transparency remains a challenge. Knowledge Gap: Existing approaches struggle with accuracy and efficiency, necessitating novel techniques to enhance matting precision. Aims: This study integrates deep learning with fusion techniques to improve alpha matte estimation, proposing a lightweight U-Net model incorporating color-space fusion and preprocessing. Results: Experiments using the AdobeComposition-1k

This study was conducted to test the hypothesis that the duration of time spent by the student inside the examination rooms answering the all kinds of written ex-amination questions has some kind of a positive effect on the final score he will get from that exam. And if there arc gender differences in this respect. Students and methods: Data on the final examinations of the autumn quarter was gathered on 892 examina-tions conducted at the end of this quarter , this included male participants of 566 and females of 326. Examinations were on twenty different subjects , including all of the first five years of the undergraduate students of Iraqi College of Medicine for the academic year 2002 — 2003 . The scheduled time of the examinations was

Issues with mitochondrial morphology, structure, and function are the most prevalent symptoms. They can damage organs such as the heart, brain, and muscle due to a variety of factors, such as oxidative damage, incorrect metabolism of energy, or genetic conditions. The control of cell metabolism and physiology depends on functional connections between mitochondrial and biological surroundings. Therefore, it is essential to research mitochondria in situ or in vivo without isolating them from their surrounding biological environment. Finding and spotting abnormal alterations in mitochondria is the
