 The organizations recognize what the effective role of time management in achieving competitive advantage and success. But the effectiveness depends on integrating some organization actions which perspective are relating with it by significance relations and high affect. From this the research problem is arising، which descripe the recognizing of libraries managers for the role of some organizational actions. The samples from (40) libraries managers are chosen.

El presente trabajo se refiere al tema del artículo indeterminado, que es importante no sólo para los traductores, sino para los alumnos de la lengua española en la Universidad de Bagdad. Tanto en el árabe como en el español, se usa el artículo en la lengua. Esta idea de trabajo surge de la necesidad de los estudiantes iraquíes para entender el uso y significado de los artículos indeterminados. Muchas veces, me preguntan a qué se refiere este artículo indeterminado en esta frase. Por tanto, esta idea surge para redactar un artículo sobre el tema

   The present research was conducted to synthesis Y-Zeolite by sol-gel technique using MWCNT (multiwalled carbon nanotubes) as crystallization medium to get a narrow range of particle size distribution with small average size compared with ordinary methods. The phase pattern, chemical structure, particle size, and surface area were detected by XRD, FTIR, BET and AFM, respectively. Results shown that the average size of Zeolite with and without using MWCNT were (92.39) nm and (55.17) nm respectively .Particle size range reduced from (150-55) nm to (130-30) nm.
