There is no doubt that the   advertisement picture  and the written text play  a key role in the formation of the language of the communicative discourse as the main pillars of the design of commercial advertising and the main entrance for the  advertising message awareness... Hence the researcher chose the title of her research (Integrative Relationship between the Picture and the Written Text in the Printed Commercial Advertisement) starting from following questions: What is the relationship between the picture and the written text in the printed commercial declaration? Is there functional, aesthetic and interactive integration between them?

   The Financial systems can be classified into two types. The first is the market–oriented, which is applied in United States and United Kingdom. While the second is bank-oriented as in Japan and Germany.

   This study tries to explain the reasons which make some countries adopt the first one instead of the second, and the contrary. So the study consists of three sections. The first deals with the concept of financial system and it are functions. The Paper highlights on one of the main activities in marketing management. That is the internal marketing in the commercial banks and its relationship with the quality services offered to satisfy customers needs and wishes in order to reach he ultimate objectives of those banks.
