It is difficult to perform real time object detection in Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle(UAV) based video surveillance because of the dynamic movement of camera, scale, occlusion, variation of illumination and limited power availability on-board of the computer. Purpose: In this paper of researches, the author suggests the proposed UAV Spatial-Temporal Network(UAV-STNet), which is a hybrid model of spatio-temporal deep learning model that is expected to improve the accuracy of the detection, balance of time, and real-time performance. Approaches: techniques: The proposed framework incorporates U-Net representing the system of total encoder involving extraction of multiscale space features mode, Transformer attention module which will involve global contextual modeling and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) network which will involve learning the short-term dependency in sequential frames. The model has been lives with and examined against a personalised UAV video dataset using a trade mark assortment of generally utilised measures of detection, including precision, recollection, mAPat 0.5 and inference velocity (FPS). Findings: UAV-STNet gave 94.5% precision, 93.1% recall and 93.2% mAP @0.5 and also 45 FPS. Better accuracy-tolerance efficient state is observed in comparative comparison with SSD, YOLOv3 and faster R-CNN which are evidently small object in motion affected scenes. Conclusions: The spatial, contextual and temporal modelling applied as a single-stop end-to-end architecture shows a powerful and computationally efficient solution of the topic of detecting real-time UAV video items, that brings benefits in the stability and reliability of intelligent surveillance systems using aerial vehicles.
The accounting information that is produced by any System a user either entering or leaving, since the needs of the users began to evolve where he became the information provided by the current reporting system that does not meet their requirements in terms of users began to demand information, more quickly, and as a result of the needs of the user accounting system and the development of information and communications technology has emerged a new system (real- time reporting system), which has the ability to produce information at the moment of data gathered, it is no longer dependent on local circumstance, but this case has become a global response where the computer has become a cornerstone of the culture of the communi

The proposed method is very accurate with outstanding computation time, which made the fuzzy load flow (FLF) suitable for real time application for small- as well as large-scale power systems. In addition that, the FLF efficiently able to solve load flow problem of ill-conditioned power systems and contingency analysis. The FLF method using Gaussian membership function requires less number of iterations and less computing time than that required in the FLF method using triangular membership function. Show MoreModern statistical techniques offer a range of methodologies for modelling time series data, with conditional and unconditional approaches providing complementary insights that enhance overall model accuracy. This article introduced a modified ARIMA model employing conditional and unconditional parameter estimates. The methodology for the new model based on novel methods is provided. The prediction process, one and two steps ahead, is covered in detail, and a novel algorithm is presented. The best model is picked based on various measurement criteria, such as coefficient of determination (R2), root mean squared error (RMSE), and mean absolute scaled error (MASE). The suggested model is applied to a monthly petrol sales dataset (Jan

Show MoreThe smart city concept has attracted high research attention in recent years within diverse application domains, such as crime suspect identification, border security, transportation, aerospace, and so on. Specific focus has been on increased automation using data driven approaches, while leveraging remote sensing and real-time streaming of heterogenous data from various resources, including unmanned aerial vehicles, surveillance cameras, and low-earth-orbit satellites. One of the core challenges in exploitation of such high temporal data streams, specifically videos, is the trade-off between the quality of video streaming and limited transmission bandwidth. An optimal compromise is needed between video quality and subsequently, rec

detection IM/DD over a 1 km range between transmitter and receiver is experimentally investigated and
demonstrated. Beam expander and beam collimeter were implemented to collimete laser beam at the
transmitter and focus this beam at the receiver respectively. The results show that IM/DD communication
sysatem using laser diode is quite attractive for transmitting video signal. In this work signal to noise
ratio (S/N) higher than 20 dB is achieved in this work.
