The current study was conducted to find out the effect of zinc (Zn) on the liver tissue of adult male white mouse, Mus musculus at concentrations (50 and 100 mg/kg/day) and for (30) days.(30) mice were used, divided into three groups of (10) mice, represented by control group, group of (50) mg/kg/day and (100) mg/kg/day. Histopathological changes appeared in the liver of male mice treated with zinc in concentration (50 and 100 mg/kg/day) for 30 days, including deformation and damage to Glisson's capsule, epithelial separation of capsule, in addition to cellular changes represented by hypertrophy of hepatocytes, as seen a swelling necrosis, hypertrophy of nuclei, thickening and degeneration in some hepatocytes, as well as the observed scatter of hepatocytes, and the increasing size and number of Kupffer cells as well as the expansion of sinusoids, as seen hyperplasia of Bile duct cells.

Psoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease that is characterized by swollen skin patches. Normally, these skin patches are dark, swollen, itchy and scaly. The single application of the innate TLR7/8 ligand Imiquimod (IMQ) in mice easily induces a dermatitis that closely resembles human psoriasis, critically dependent on the axis of IL-23/IL-17. Artemisia dracunculus prepared as an ointment and has been used topically to mice before imiquimod application. The results of the current study showed that A. dracunculus ointment can significantly reduce psoriasis area and severity index in (A. dracunculus ointment + imiquimod group as compared with both control group and (vehicle ointment + imiquimod) group.

(MP) is one of the most commonly ingested herbal teas or tisanes with a single component. Aim. We aimed to assess the potential antiepileptic and neuroprotective features of MP essential oil (MPO) in pilocarpine (P) and pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) models of epilepsy. Methods. The aim of the study was extraction of arial part of Euphorbia cyathophora constituents with methanol and evaluate its effect on mitotic index and total chromosomal aberration bone marrow cell and spleen cell in mice 200 gm of E. cyathophora fine powder was defatted then extracted by cold maceration 80% ethanol for seven days.
