Explosive power is a crucial factor in athletic performance due to its connection to the skill-based aspects required in every sport. Therefore, understanding it is essential for guiding research and plays a key role in improving shot put performance for short-statured athletes in category (F40). Biomechanical variables also contribute to shot put performance for short-statured athletes in category (F40) by helping coaches identify, diagnose, and compare technical and motor errors, their components, timing, and speed with the required performance to achieve optimal results. Thus, the importance of this research lies in the researchers' attempt to identify the relationship between the explosive power of the upper and lower limbs and certain biomechanical variables with shot put performance for short-statured athletes in category (F40). The research aims to: identify the explosive power of the upper and lower limbs in shot put performance for short-statured athletes in category (F40); identify certain biomechanical variables in shot put performance for short-statured athletes in category (F40); and establish the correlation between these factors. The study investigated the relationship between the explosive power of the upper and lower limbs and biomechanical variables in shot put performance among short-statured athletes (F40 category). A descriptive approach was used with ten short-statured athletes (F40 category) in shot put performance. Four physical tests and ten biomechanical variables were assessed, in addition to the shot-put performance test. After statistical analysis of the data, a set of conclusions and recommendations were drawn.
Water produced from power plants is one of the most important sources of water pollution, especially for areas like Baghdad, Contaminated industrial wastewater is a major environmental challenge due to the rapid growth of industries, leading to increased accumulation of harmful pollutants in water resources, the work is intended to study the impact of water generated from a power plant in the south on the level of heavy metals before and after the treatment process and after its discharge to the Tigris River. Objective is to determine the extent of heavy metals such as iron, copper, chromium, and zinc concentration in water extracted from various points and subsequently study the monthly variations of these elements with a view to assessmen
... Show MoreThis study aims to investigate the degree of practicing the motivated classroom evaluation environment for learning and its relationship to different feedback patterns. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlational descriptive research design was employed. A questionnaire was constructed consisting of two parts: the classroom evaluation environment (13) items, and feedback patterns (24) items on a five-point scale. The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were verified in terms of validity and reliability. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (265) male and female teachers who work in the second cycle schools for grades (5-10) of basic education in all academic majors in the Governorate of Muscat in the Sultan

Show MoreThis research aims to study the relationship between sports anxiety and accuracy of aiming when jumping high in handball, considering that anxiety is one of the most important psychological factors affecting the skill performance of athletes, especially in precise and complex tasks. The study relied on the descriptive associative approach, where data were collected from a sample of fourth-stage students at the Faculty of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad for the academic year (2024-2025), numbering (16) students, and anxiety levels were measured using standardized scales, in addition to evaluating the accuracy of aiming when jumping high according to specific technical standards. The results showed that the

The parameters were entered into a model to forecast the optimal values of practical (log P) medicinal molecules. The drugs were evaluated theoretically using different types of calculations which are AM1, PM3, and Hartree Fock at the basis set (HF/STO-3G). The Physico-chemical data like (entropy, total energy, Gibbs Free Energy,…etc were computed and played an important role in the predictions of the practical lipophilicity values. Besides, Eigenvalues named HOMO and LUMO were determined. Linearity was shown when correlated between the experimental data with the evaluated physical properties. The statistical analysis was used to analy

Show MoreThe problem of the research is focused on importance limited of Iraq industrial companies in application of scientific measurements of supply chains performance, The research sought to achieve a group of goals, the most important are , identifying the strengths and weaknesses in the reality of supply chain in General Company for Cotton Industries, The data and information required are gathered from the dependence company, records through the field observations and personal interviews, the research used some quantitative indicators to measure of supply chain performance, The research reached to many conclusions , the most outstanding among them is the existence of a strong inverse correlatio
... Show Moresome ecological (physical and chemical varible) of water samples were studies monthly from December 2008 to May 2009 at two stations( St.1) Al - Chibayesh marsh and (St.2) Abu – Zirik marsh which are located in the south of Iraq . These variables included : Temperature, pH, EC, Dissolved oxygen , Total alkalinity, Nitrate, Sulphate, and phosphate, Si-SiO2 and Ca ,Mg, Cl, The marsh Considered as fresh water and alkaline. Abu-Zirik less than Al-Chibayesh.
Relying on modern work strategies, such as adopting scientific inductions, consolidates the information in the learner’s memory, develops the skill work of the football player, and raises the efficiency of their motor abilities. From this standpoint, the researcher, who is a teacher at the University of Baghdad, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and follows most of the sports club teams in youth football, believes that there must be From extrapolations through the machine and employing it in the field to serve the skill aspect and benefit from scientific technology in development and making it a useful tool to serve the sports field in football, as the goal of the research was the efficiency of machine extrapolation in de

Coulomb form factors for different states of J 4 , T 1with
excitation energies 3.553,7.114, 8.960 and 10.310 MeV in 18O is
analyzed. This effect (which depends on the correlation parameter )
is inserted into the ground state charge density distribution through
the Jastrow type correlation function. The single particle harmonic
oscillator wave function is used with an oscillator size parameter b.
The parameters and b are considered as free parameters, adjusted
