Objective: This paper attempts to shed light on the despoilment of membership of Egyptian Parliament members during 1976-1979 and be a run down to how does revocation against them had comprehended provisions of 1971 Egypt constitution. Method: This is a historical-analytical design to study reasons provided on the Membership Revocation for Members of the Egyptian People's Assembly, which comes because of the loss of credibility, and not performing the obligations of the membership. Study data were sourced from legislative documents and legal documents. This was followed by detailed case studies of Kamal El-Din Hussein, Sheikh Ashour Mohamed Nasr, and Abdel Fattah Hassan. Results: There was a political motive behind these revocations. Kamal El-Din Hussein was thrown out for publicly denouncing the government as it turned against Egypt's long-established Israeli peace treaty. Sheikh Ashour Mohamed Nasr had been guilty of fomenting trouble in the Assembly, and Abdel Fattah Hassan was banned — and never allowed to return — under a presidential decree aimed at post-Revolution politicians. Conclusion: These results highlight the importance of constitutional and legal structures in controlling political processes and ensuring the continued dominance of ruling factions. The research exposes the significance of electoral integrity and strategic use of legislative mechanisms to the affordable to throttle the opposition. When a set of these results is combined with earlier research, it can help in understanding the wider picture of the political and legal dynamics of the period.
Objective: Determination the effectiveness of educational program on female students’ practices toward premenstrual.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental design study was conducted involving (140) student purposely in four secondary schools at Al-sadder city (70) student for study group and (70) for control group. The prevalence of PMS selected through American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) (2015) criteria to select PMS students before program. The education program were set in four steps, the first step (pre-test) is to assess the practices, before the implementation of the program, the second step is implementing the program, following two steps post-test I and II betwe

The selection criteria included the cartoons' satirical elements, visual rhetoric, and their ability to engage with themes such as power dynamics, social issues, and public opinion. It sheds light on how these cartoons can function as mediators of meanings between the cartoonists and the readers. The data is examined using multimodal discourse analysis (MDA), which combines language study with the analysis of other visual elements, like colors, gestures, and images, to understand meaning (O’Halloran et al., 2011). Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder categorized hyperglycemia resulting from defects in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) is an enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to the tyrosine residues of many important proteins resulting in proteins phosphorylation. The aim of current study was to evaluate serum levels of protein tyrosine kinase enzyme and thyroid hormone (T3, T4and TSH) and to find the correlation between them in type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy Iraqi patients. Methods: This study was conducted at The National Diabetes Center, Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, Iraq and included 150 patients divided into three groups the first group included 50

In this investigation, time average local gas holdup was recorded for three different height to diameter (H/D) ratios 3, 4 and 5 in 18" diameter slurry bubble column. Air-water-glass beads system was used with superficial velocity up to 0.24 m/s. the gas holdup was measured using 4-tips optical fiber probe technique. The results show that the axial gas holdup increases almost linearly with the superficial gas velocity in 0.08 m/s and levels off with a further increase of velocity. A comparison of the present data with those reported for other slurry bubble column having diameters larger than

Therefore, educational institutions were closed to minimize the spread of COVID-19. As a result of this, online education was adapted to substitute face-to-face learning. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the Malaysian university students’ adaptation to the new norms, knowledge and practices toward COVID-19, besides, their attitudes toward online learning. A convenient sampling technique was used to recruit 500 Malaysian university students from January to February 2021 through social media. For data collection, all students

The experimental work has been performed under the effects of heating from bottom by constant heat flux q=150,300,450,600 W/m2 for four porous layers thickness Hp (2.5,5,7.5,1) cm and three heaters length δ(20,14,7) cm. The top enclosure wall was good insulated and the two side walls were symmetrically cooled at constant temperature. Four layers of porous media with small porosity, Rayleigh number range (60.354 - 241.41) and (Da) 3.025x10-8 has been investigated. The obtained data of temperatu
