Iraqies has a spot in administration of the libraries and organized it since the reign of civilizations , the ancient libraries in the world were in the mesopatemia, then Baghdad had crown to be Islamic civilization when it hold the greatest ones as Bait Al-Hikma according to its organization as well as the persons who were responsilble for libraries must be of higher education and thoutful ones .

The aim of this research is to show the importance of the effective use
of the internet in academic libraries; to improve the services and to increase
the competence of librarians.
The research has given some recommendations to improve the quality
of services and the need for cooperative network among academic libraries.

The conventional view to women is still in society due to the male domination on society and the social values. Since women and the costumes and women. This study aims to identify the teaching problems that teachers of students with intellectual disabilities face, in addition to exploring the solutions suggested by them in order to overcome such problems or challenges. The researchers used a qualitative approach in order to understand the teachers' perceptions about these problems in a more in-depth way.
