Judo has witnessed tremendous developments since its inception until the present day. It has been distinguished by its adaptation to the various challenges it has faced throughout the ages. Judo is one of the sports that have been affected by social, technological and cultural changes. These changes reflect its transformation from the traditional Japanese martial art to a global sport practiced. All over the world, therefore, studying the historical development of judo is important, as it provides valuable insights into the development of martial arts over a century, by studying the origins, principles and techniques of judo for the period (1880 - 1980), and also enables us to gain an understanding A deeper understanding of how the art form of judo has transformed and adapted over time. The research aims to document the history of the sport of judo and trace its development from its beginnings in 1880 until 1980, and to enhance understanding of the changes in the rules and techniques of judo, and how they were affected by cultural and social factors, and to analyze the impact of the sport of judo on the lives of individuals. Societies and various cultures, and the researcher adopted the analytical historical approach to address the history and development of judo, due to its suitability and the nature of the problem, as historical research achieves a double advantage in terms of benefiting from the past to predict the future and benefiting from the present to interpret the past, based on historical, cultural and sports scientific sources, including books and research articles. And the official websites of federations and institutions specialized in judo. The most important conclusions were that the founding and growth phase of judo was a decisive phase in the development of this sport, and its founder, Jigoro Kano, played a prominent role in shaping the philosophy and ethics of judo, and judo became a part of education and culture in various countries. The current study is a taxonomic account of three gastrotrich species that belong to Chaetonotidae (Phylum Gastrotricha) namely Ichthydium auritum Brunson, 1950 Lepidodermella squamata (Dujardin, 1841) and Chaetonotus anomalus Brunson, 1950. These species are registered as a new record from Iraq and were collected from several locations along the main outfall drain (MOD) in south of Baghdad, from January to December 2020. The species described in this article were found to be related to Hydrilla and Ceratophyllum and prefer environments rich in detritus and decomposing organic matter. The worms preferred water that is salty, hard, alkaline, and had good oxygen content.

The objective of this study was to investigate the release profile of different fat and water soluble bases using diazepam as a model drug , and then to develop a satisfactory formula with a rapid release of diazepam from suppository bases .The study was conducted using theobroma oil ,glycerol-gelatin and glycerol-PEG1540 bases using conventional mold method for preparation .while the later base was utilized to incorporate diazepam ( buffered solution ) in a hollow type suppositories.
