This research aims to build a model to analyze the role of digital transformation (DT) and HR Flexibility in the strategic human resource management outcomes (SHRM outcomes) in the Iraqi Banking Sector. To be more precise, it explores whether HR Flexibility is a mediating factor between digital transformation and bank performance, employee dedication, and talent preservation. The research adopted a quantitative cross-sectional study design. A structured questionnaire will be used to collect data from at least 420 respondents. The method of analysis will be through surveys collected from 420 employees in the private and government banks in Iraq. IBM SPSS will be used to conduct preliminary analysis, and IBM SPSS AMOS will be used for Confirmatory Factor Analysis to test the proposed model through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The contribution of this research adds empirical data to an under-researched situation in the HR Flexibility and digital HRM literature in Iraq. It also creates and provides a test of a conceptual SEM model to connect DT, HRF, and SHRM outcomes. Preliminary results indicate a significant positive impact of digital transformation on the adoption of HR flexibility. It is also expected that this HR flexibility will play a crucial mediating role in transforming big data into strategic insights, which will positively impact the efficiency and outcomes of strategic human resource management (SHRM). Applied Significance: The study contributes to bridging the research gap regarding the application of digital transformation on the outcomes of strategic human resource management (SHRM). In addition, HR flexibility will have a mediating role between digital transformation and the SHRM outcomes, which means that digital transformation brings strategic value to the banks when their HR data are turned into evidence-based decisions.
The study aims at explaining the extent to which the principles of educational management reform contribute to Ibn Ashour in achieving educational management reform and the extent to which the pillars of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the field of Education in achieving the educational management reform. The study also aims to provide a future vision of what the educational administrative reform and its results should be in the Kingdom during the next ten years. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher followed two approaches: on the theoretical side, he relied on applying the content analysis method. As for the applied side, the researcher adopted the Delphi method by two questionnaires to ask (36) participants from the experts a

The proposed network self-fault management reduced the load of network traffic by reducing the request and response between the server and client, which achieves less downtime for each node in state of fault occurring in the client. The performance of the proposed system is measured by three measures: efficiency, availability, and reliability. A high efficiency average is obtained depending on the faults occurred in the system which reaches to

The key element that characterizes OAB is urgency which together with nocturia and urge urinary incontinence, are considered the most irksome symptoms. The side effects of the anticholinergic medication have caused a significant number of patients to discontinue their treatment. More recently, there has been research conducted on the potential correlation between an anticholinergic burden and the development of dementia. The detrusor muscle has been demonstrated to relax as a result of the activation of β3 adrenoceptors, which in turn facilitated the development of the first β3 adrenoceptor agonist. The need for collaboration and connection of people worldwide to exchange ideas and experiences in neurosurgery is a challenge. Surgical Neurology International® (SNI)/SNI Digital stimulated the establishment of the joint effort to bring the discussion about the best experiences in neurosurgery from the United States and Iraq together in an internet meeting format.
An online survey was formulated and distributed to the attendees of the SNI-Baghdad neurosurgery
Carrageenan extract is a compound of sulfated polyglycan that is taken out from red seaweeds. Being hydrocolloid in nature, carrageenan has gelling, emulsifying and thickening properties allowing it to be commonly used in the oral healthcare products and cosmetics. Due to its bioactive compounds, carrageenan has been shown to have antimicrobial, antiviral, and antitumor properties. The purpose of this work is to study the probable use of carrageenan on the diseases that are related to oral cavity and on the genomic DNA in in vitro experimental model
In this study, the effects of k-carrageenan on four different cell lines related to the cancer and normal cells which cultured on selective media were done. Moreover, the eff

Surgical intervention for the retrieval of the foreign bodies was carried out in 20 patients through the existing wounds and through separate incisions; all patients were followed up for a minimum of 2 months during which all the complications were registered and managed. Preoperative imaging is a prerequisite for the accurate localization of the foreign body and the subsequent successful removal of it. All patients developed complications that were categorized in this study into those that result from the injury itself and those that occur because of the retrieval procedure, the latter category bei
