This research aims to build a model to analyze the role of digital transformation (DT) and HR Flexibility in the strategic human resource management outcomes (SHRM outcomes) in the Iraqi Banking Sector. To be more precise, it explores whether HR Flexibility is a mediating factor between digital transformation and bank performance, employee dedication, and talent preservation. The research adopted a quantitative cross-sectional study design. A structured questionnaire will be used to collect data from at least 420 respondents. The method of analysis will be through surveys collected from 420 employees in the private and government banks in Iraq. IBM SPSS will be used to conduct preliminary analysis, and IBM SPSS AMOS will be used for Confirmatory Factor Analysis to test the proposed model through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The contribution of this research adds empirical data to an under-researched situation in the HR Flexibility and digital HRM literature in Iraq. It also creates and provides a test of a conceptual SEM model to connect DT, HRF, and SHRM outcomes. Preliminary results indicate a significant positive impact of digital transformation on the adoption of HR flexibility. It is also expected that this HR flexibility will play a crucial mediating role in transforming big data into strategic insights, which will positively impact the efficiency and outcomes of strategic human resource management (SHRM). Applied Significance: The study contributes to bridging the research gap regarding the application of digital transformation on the outcomes of strategic human resource management (SHRM). In addition, HR flexibility will have a mediating role between digital transformation and the SHRM outcomes, which means that digital transformation brings strategic value to the banks when their HR data are turned into evidence-based decisions.
The lack of active 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic treatment creates a challenge for researchers and scientists to find the most appropriate treatment for this disease. Dexamethasone, according to the findings of the RECOVERY clinical trial, declared mid-June 2020 in print media was one of those therapies. Although the results from retrospective studies are not strongly supportive of corticosteroid routine use in COVID-19 despite the signals for some benefits, the dedicated RECOVERY trial found a significant reduction in death with dexamethasone only in severe cases on a ventilator or moderate cases on supplemental oxygen therapy nevertheless, no benefit observed in mild to moderate cases requiring no oxygen. These characteristics affect the process of supplying materials. The current paper studies the ability to improve the supply chain process and decrease its cost by identifying the factors that affect it. These factors are used as variables in the mathematical model, which is working under uncertain conditions when the consumption rate of materials is not constant. The information used in this model is obtained from Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographical Information System (GIS) techniques and the genetic algorithm is utilized to determine the optimal supplier and the quantities of supplies

The system was implemented by creating a database containing information about the stored medicines in the inventory, customers making transactions with the pharmaceutical trading company (which owns the inventory), medical suppliers, employees, payments, etc. The database was connected to the main application using C sharp. The proposed system should help in manag inginventory operations which include adding/updating employees’ information, preparing sale and purchase invoices, generating reports, adding/updating customers and suppliers, tracking customer payments and checking expired medicines in order to be disposed

In this context, artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role in developing new technologies to improve crop sorting and increase agricultural yields. The present review discusses the main differences between manual and mechanical potato harvesting, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Manual harvesting is highlighted as a traditional method that allows for greater precision in handling the crop, but it requires more time and effort. In contrast, mechanical harvesting provides greater efficiency and speed in the process, but it may damage some

METHODS: Sixty-three patients with arteriovenous brain malformations underwent Gamma knife radiosurgery included in this prospective study between April 2017 and September 2018 with clinical and radiological with MRI follow up was done at three months and six months post-Gamma knife radiosurgery. By the end of the 12th-month post-Gamma knife radiosurgery, the patients were re-evaluated using digital subtraction angiography co-registered with M.R.I. During the 12 months follow up, CT scan or MRI was done at any time if any one of the patients᾽ condition deteriorated or developed signs and s

The problem is exacerbated because the urethrocutaneous fistula may recur which adds more demands surgery. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate of the use of oral mucosal graft for management of recurrent urethrocutaneous fistula after hypospadias repair. Patients and Methods: twelfth patients with age ranging from 4 year to 15 years were presented with history of recurrent fistula. Most of fistula were located in proximal penile and penoscrotal region (58.3%) . those patients were repaired by using oral mucosal graft with mean postoperative follow up period up t

In this article, the authors utilize and gather recent literature and opinions to discuss the impact of personalized medicine on chronic disease management and patient quality of life. Additional attention is paid to limits and possible ethical issues. Chronic diseases such as Hypertension, Diabetes, and chronic kidney diseases adversely affect multiple health indicators, including Quality of Life (QoL) and well-being. This will have additional impacts on physical
