What is important about this study is whether there is a relationship between the ability to balance and beating overwhelming for the Iraqi national team volleyball? The study aims to identify the percentage of the equilibrium contribution and its variables with the accuracy of the skill of beating the high spike Diagonal center (4) in the players. In the national volleyball team season (2016-2017), the researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of associative relationships to suit the problem of research. The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.
Key-frame selection plays an important role in facial expression recognition systems. It helps in selecting the most representative frames that capture the different poses of the face. The effect of the number of selected keyframes has been studied in this paper to find its impact on the final accuracy of the emotion recognition system.
