This article is devoted to the stylistic and educational characteristics of the language of Russian diplomacy. The article describes the stylistic and educational aspect of the appearance of the Russian protocol, its relation to universal diplomacy, the relationship between the diplomatic language and the business sub-style. Here the semantic features of the diplomatic vocabulary are determined and the factors influencing its formation and the emergence of new terms in the language of Russian diplomacy are considered. The article also examines the national and cultural identity of the language of Russian diplomacy, provides rules for drafting diplomatic documents and conducting negotiations, defines the concept of a document as a whole, gives a general description of diplomatic documents, analyzes diplomatic documents in structural, grammatical and stylistic relations.

This study investigated three aims for the extent of effectiveness of the two systems in educational development of educators. To achieve this, statistical analysis was performed between the two groups that consisted of (26) participants of the electronic teaching method and (38) participants who underwent teaching by the conventional electronic lecture. The article states that the Russian verbs of destruction belong to the lexical-semantic group of physical impact. They include verbs with the meaning of “damage” and “destroy”. It is emphasized that each of these groups is relatively independent; the cut line between them is fuzzy and arbitrary. It is postulated that when the object is completely destroyed, then the verb has the meaning of “destruction”, and when the object is partially destroyed, then the verb has the meaning of “damage”.
