This study deals with knowing the public relations activities of the Integrity Commission for the year 2007, knowing the contents of these activities, knowing the contents of the advertisements that it published, whether the contents of the advertisements were convincing, and whether press photographs were used in these advertisements, as well as whether symbols and slogans were used. What language and words were used to address the recipient? 1- What feelings do the contents of advertisements arouse? 2- Research objectives: This research aims to answer the following questions: What are the public relations activities carried out by the Integrity Commission? B: Are the contents of the advertisements published by the Authority convincing to the recipient? C: Was the Integrity Commission able to deliver its message to the public?

At the last years, the interesting of measurement spicilists was increased to study differential item functioning (DIF) wich is reflect the difference of propability true response for test item from subgroups which have equal level of ability . The aims of this research are, inform the DIFat Namers’scale(2009) for mental health to prepare students and detect items that have DIF. Sample research contants (540) students, we use Mantel- Haenzel chi-square to detect DIF. The results are point to there are (26) items have DIF according to gender which are delated form the scale after that.

Abstract Exotoxin A is the most lethal virulence factor produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It inhibits elongation factor-2 by ADP-ribosylation of EF2. This causes stop of the elongation of polypeptides. In recent study, the effect of low concentration of exotoxin A on some important internal organs of mice was studied. Four groups white mice were injected intraperitonialy with pure exotoxin A in the following manner 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 ng\ animals. One mouse receives normal saline inrtaperitonialy as a control. After 72 hours the mice were killed and four organs were taken, liver, spleen, lung and heart from each killed mice.
