The emergence of staphylococci, either coagulase negative (CNS) or coagulase positive (CPS), as important human pathogens has implied that reliable methods for their identification are of large significance in understanding the diseases caused by them. The identification and characterization of staphylococci from biopsies taken from human breast tumors is reported here. Out of 32 tissue biopsies, a total of 12 suspected staphylococci grew on mannitol salt agar (MSA) medium, including 7 fermenters and 5 non-fermenter staphylococci based on traditional laboratory methods. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) successfully identified seven isolates at the genus level as methicillin resistant Staphylococcus spp. by targeting a common region of the mecA gene. Only two of the seven bacteria were S. aureus based on the three-specific primers designed to amplify the housekeeping gene recN, and two of the virulence genes icaD and pvl. Diagnosing the isolates using the Vitek system revealed different findings. Although 6 of 7 isolates belonged to the Staphylococcus genus, including: S. cohnii subsp. cohnii, 2 isolates; S. lentus, 2 isolates; and one isolate for each S. auricularis and S. xylosus, the last bacterium was completely different (Aerococcus viridans). Concerning the two bacteria characterised as S. aureus by PCR, they were identified as S. lentus by Vitek with comparatively low detection probabilities of 93% and 88%. The data of this study indicate that undoubtedly PCR is a reliable and accurate test for identification of mannitol fermenter and salt tolerant bacteria in comparison with other tests that depend mainly on biochemical characteristics.
This research deals with the topic of "the status of women" in the literature of Sufism. The researcher cites a bundle of mystical yarns, and examples of verses and poems from this high literature that look at women with reverence and appreciation. The researcher tried to find an appropriate explanation and away from the arbitrariness of the symbols used by the poets of Islamic Sufism In their poems.
The research is considered a comparative study of the Arabic and Kurdish dialects, by selecting six famous poets from the literature of literature, three of them from Arabic literature, and the other three from Kurdish literature, so the research is di

This research deals with the topic (the position of women) in the literature literature, and the researcher cites a bouquet of woolen yarn, examples of verses and poems from this fine literature that looks at the woman with respect and appreciation. In their poems.
The research is a comparative search for Arab and Kurdish literature, by selecting six famous poets in the literature, three of them are from Arabic literature, and the other three are from Kurdish literature, and thus the research is divided into two subjects and six demands.
Finally, the researcher tried to set a brick that would be an entry point to find an indicative explanation and a suitable explanation that would break those symbols and signs that caused the exp
Abstract: The term extremism refers to the distance from moderation, excess and hyperbole, and it is a relative term that varies from one society to another, according to the prevailing traditions, values and culture, as the problem of extremism is one of the main issues that contemporary societies are concerned with is a phenomenon that has its roots in the intellectual formation of societies. By knowing the concept of extremism, we can identify the reasons that contributed to the existence of extremism as a phenomenon, on the one hand; on the other hand, to clarify the role of women in combating extremism and developing effective solutions to reduce this phenomenon. As women play a major role in society, starting from the family to educa

A study from the communicators’ point of view where the researcher used a survey method on the communicators in media outlets to reveal the extent of media policies knowledge as well as the pressures exerted by this policy on communicators in media outlets. It also reveals the extent of their commitment to objectivity, neutrality in dealing with information and the way used to transfer it.
The research sample included (179) respondents from communicators in a range of Media outlets such as (Press, Radio, and Television), The researcher was careful with the diversity of the sample, and
The aim of this work is the synthesis of new Schiff base derived from PVA and Erythro-ascorbic acid derivative (pentulosono-ɣ-lactone-2,3-enedianisoate) and its metal complexes of biological significance. All synthesized compounds were characterized by Thin layer chromatography (TLC) and FTIR spectra and aldehyde was also characterized by (U.V-Vis), 1HNMR, 13CNMR and mass spectra. The synthesized Schiff base & its metal complexes were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial activity against five pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Shigella dysentery,Klebsiellapneumonae,Staphylococcusaureus, Staphylococcus Albus) and two fungal (Aspergillus Niger,Yeast). The biological activity ofall complexes is higher than free Schiff base ligand andf

The study had found that free radicals in malignant breast tumors were higher than benign tumors, therefore the GSH- Red might be used as markers for prognosis of the disease. Results of molecular characterization show optimum enzyme concentration substrate conc., optimum pH, temperature & time & effect of some (chemotherapies in constant conectrations) for GSSG-Red activity.
Euphemisms are advantageous in people’s social life by turning sensitive into a more acceptable ones so that resentful feelings and embarrassment can be avoided. This study investigates the ability of Iraqi English learners in using euphemistic expressions, meanwhile, raising their awareness and the faculty members in English teaching faculties regarding the relevance of discussing the topics that demand euphemisation. This study comprised three stages: initial test, explicit instruction with activities, and a final test for the students’ development in this domain. A test has been distributed among 50 respondents, who are at the fourth year of their undergraduate study at the University of Babylon/ College of Basic Education. The lo
