The present study aims to investigate the seroprevalence rate of Toxoplasma gondii infection and its relation to some demographic factors among males in Duhok province/Iraq. A total of 424 random blood samples were collected from the male population of different ages (18-60) years and different social-economic classes. Out of 424 samples examined, 108 (25.47%) were seropositive to the anti- T. gondii antibodies; 88 (20.75%) were found seropositive for IgG, while 20 (4.72%) samples were seropositive for IgM. The research aims to identify the factors that affect the quality of the product by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool and to suggest measures to reduce the deviations or defects in the production process. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company. The research sample was due to the emergence of many defects of different impact and the continuing demand for the product. I collected data and information from the factory records for two years (2018-2019) and used a scheme Pareto Fishbone Diagram as well as an FMEA tool to analyze data and generate results.

In their cross-sectional study, Al-Rubaye et al studied the extent of vitamin D (VD) deficiency/ insufficiency, factors affecting its degree, and the adverse outcomes of the altered VD status among a group of mothers and their neonates from Baghdad, Iraq. They found that 96.6% of the mothers had VD deficiency/ insufficiency compared to 86.4% in their neonates.
