The present research aims to know the relation of Violence on academic Failed and School s’ Drop - out among Intermediate stage Pupils. The sample of the research reached (400) male and female pupils (failed and not failed ), and (69) male and female that Drop – out from Intermediate stage. The researcher used scale of Violence that constructed by (AL- qaysi , 2004) after she got Validity and Reliability to it . So that she used t- test for one sample, t- test for two independent sample, and Person correlation coefficient as a statistical means. The research seeks to find the relationship between psychological flow and futuristic thinking among postgraduate students. To this end, the researchers have made up two scales: one scale to measure the psychological flow which consisted of (32) items and the other to measure the futuristic thinking included (39) items which were distributed into three domains. As to collect the required data, the two scales had applied on a sample comprised (200) postgraduate students. The findings revealed that there is a correlation between psychological flow and futuristic thinking. The researcher recommended the coming studies take the relationship between psychological flow and psychological happiness.

The research aims to measure family negligence and its relationship with internet addiction among university students. The researcher has developed a scale of (20) items to measure the negligence of family, which was applied to (308) male and female university students in the first and fourth stages. The research concluded that University students suffer from family negligence. The research sample has an addiction to the Internet. The current research aims to identify the level of both psychological comfort and job performance among a sample of high school teachers for the academic year (2019-2020). The researcher has built two tools to measure psychological comfort, and one to measure job performance.
