Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) could be regarded as a set of chronic metabolic disorders which have a common aspect of hyperglycemia. The resistance in the peripheral actions of insulin or impaired insulin secretion could be the reason hepcidin which is a peptide hormone derived from liver, in systemic iron homeostasis is an essential regulator, and its lopsided production participates in the pathogenesis of iron disorders in spectrum. Osteoporosis often accompanies many diseases like ß-thalassemia, hemochromatosis, sickle liver diseases, cell disease and hemosiderosis featured by iron overload, evidences suggest that Iron overload and iron deficiency are suggested by evidences that they affect bone in a negative way, acting straightway on the cells of the bone. Aim: The current study aims to find the direct relationship between the levels of Hepcidin, DHVD3 and other parameters in Osteoporosis with type 2 DM, in a female patient Methods: This study involved 60 subjects divided to two groups 30 female Osteoporosis with type 2 DM patients and 30 healthy controls . Over the period from November 2021 until the end of June 2021, this study was conducted. The ranges of age were (40-55) years. All diabetic patients examined by an endocrinologist in the Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital and Al- Mahmudiya Hospital . They were treated with oral anti-diabetic agents, mainly Metformin and Glibenclamide. The control subjects were referred to Laboratories Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, where all measurements were made. Control subjects were collected with glycemic control inclusion criteria when fasting serum glucose (FSG) < 100 mg/dL and HbA1c < 5.7%. BMI, Hb, hepcidin, Ferritin, Iron, DHVD3, Ca, PO4 were determined. Results: results was showed significant increase compared with control group in glycemic profile and lipid profile ,also, results showed a significant decrease compared with control group in Hb, Ferritin ,Iron , Vit D ,Ca , PO4 ,also the results showed a significant increase in hepcidin. Conclusion; By linking Ferritin, Iron vitamin D3 , Ca , PO4 deficiency and Hepcidin overload to women was diagnosed Osteoporosis with T2DM which indicated vit D3 deficiency related with hepcidin dysfunction. as an influencing factor on osteoarthritis women

Abstract: In this research we study the of added NaCl with concentration (0.2, 0.02)M on the spectral of cationically charged dye (cresyl violet) and anionically charged surfactant (sodium dodecyl sulphate) with different concentration, the result show two peaks appearance the first attributed to micelle and the other formation of dye surfactant complex, in addition to the increase in the quantum efficiency of emission spectrum and shifted toward long wavelength (λmax=692.5nm-626nm).
In this work, the effect of the addition of bright nickel plating and silver carried out by the electroplating method has been studied, on the coating of copper nanoparticles on the copper base metal via the process of thermal evaporation. The improvement of the solar absorber using CuNP in combination with the bright nickel and silver was obtained to be better than copper nanoparticles individually. A bright nickel enhanced the absorbed thermal stability. Also, other optical properties, absorptions, and emissivity slightly decreased from (93% to 87%), while the existence of silver had a slight impact on absorption of about (86.50%). Background The traditional management of appendicular mass is an initial conservative treatment followed by interval appendectomy. Recently interval appendicectomy has been questioned.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to clarify the need and the role of interval appendicectomy after successful initial conservative treatment.
Method: This is a prospective study conducted in a major hospital in Basra from April 2006 to Septemper2010, included 65 patients with appendicular mass which subsequently proved postinflammmatory (phlegmonous) changes of the appendix were treated conservatively.

The present study aims at examining quantitatively the morphometric characteristics of Iziana Valley basin that is located in the northern part of Iraq; particularly in south of Erbil Governorate. This basin is considered one of the small sub-basins where its valleys run on formations of the Triple and Quadrant Ages, which are represented by the Bay Hassan formations, and the sediments and mixed sediments of the cliffs, respectively. In this work, chemical spray pyrolysis deposition (CSP) technique was used to prepare a mixed In2O3-CdO thin films with different CdO content (10, 30 and 50)%volume ratio on glass substrates at 150 ᵒC substrate temperature. The surface morphology and structural properties were measured to find the optimum conditions to improve thin films properties for using as photo detector. Current –Time, the sensitivity and response speed vary for each mixture. Samples with 10% vol. CdO content has square pulse response with average rise time nearly 1s and fall time 1s.
