The European continent suffers from the presence of some separatist tendencies,the effect of racial and ethnic variables driving the crystallization of separatist conflicts, led to the success of some of them in establishing sovereign states, while the other failed to achieve this. The research focused on the importance of matching geographical, cultural and political criteria in the success of separatist tendencies.It also focused on the role of policies imposed by the mother country in curbing or exacerbating the separatist trend, during the level of fairness in the distribution of wealth between the regions, what were the rights and duties of those persecuted and battered minorities. Therefore, the research focused on presenting a model for separatist movements in the European continent, whose countries are democracies and regular states, clarifying where the problem lies for those minorities that want to secede.
In this study, a bioadhesive dosage form of eoconazole nitrate for vaginal delivery was designed using a combination of bioadhesive polymers: Carbopol 941 p and sodium carboxymethylcellulose or methylcellulose in different ratios. The bioadhesive strength was evaluated by measuring the force required to detach the tablet from sheep vaginal mucosal membrane. It was found that the bioadhesive force was directly proportional to Carbopol 941 p content in the different formulae. The formulae were tested for their swelling behavior using agar gel plate method. Three types of medical commercial creams Silvazine, Cinolon Tar and Hydroquinon Domina were incorporated in this study. The medical creams were taken directly and placed uniformly on the glass slide. Each type of pharmaceutical was weighed at 1 mg and dispersed on an area of 1x1 cm. This process ensures same thickness for all samples. The creams were analyzed by using double-beam UV/visible spectrophotometer Metertech SP8001. The absorption spectrum for each of samples was measured against wavelength range of 300–700 nm.
