The aim of the research is to identify the cognitive curiosity of students of religious schools in the al-Anbar Governorate. The sample consisted of (346) students from the secondary stage in religious schools affiliated with the Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies. The sample included (232) males, (114) females, and (225) represented the intermediate stage, (121) represented the preparatory stage in religious schools. Dyslexia is a learning disability in which people face difficulty reading though they are intelligent and have motivation for reading. The research aims to reveal the professional self and the school climate among the educational counselors. The research problem is crystallized in the following:

1-Identifying the professional level of the educational counselors.

2- Knowing the level of the school climate with the educational counselors.

3- Are there statistically significant differences in the professional self and the school climate between the educational counselors of different gender (male / female)?

4- Is there a relationship between the professional self and the school climate of the research sample?

The current study aims to examine the level of cognitive management requirement among the governmental secondary schools' managers in al-hial province in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To do this, the author designed a questionnaire comprised (20) item which was applied on (250) managers included (113) manager hold bachelor degree and (137) manager hold master degree. To carry out this study, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach. The findings revealed that a high level of cognitive management requirements among secondary schools' managers as well as there is a significant difference at the (0.05) level regarding degree type, but there is no a significant difference according to gender variable.
