تتسارع التحولات السياسية في العصر الحديث، وتتزايد التحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات، حيث يظهر التطرف كظاهرة تهدد أمن الدول واستقرارها، وتعد الإصلاحات السياسية خطوة حيوية نحو تحقيق تنمية مستدامة وتحقيق التوازن في المجتمعات. أذ يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف وتحليل دور الأصلاح السياسي كآلية فعالة في مكافحة ظاهرة التطرف. وطالما أن الدول في المنطقة العربية تعاني من التسلط والأستبداد وغياب دور المؤسسات السياسية الفعلية، فضلاً عن عدم المشاركة السياسية الفعالة، وغياب التداول السلمي للسلطة، فأن عملية الأصلاح السياسي ضرورة لا غنى عنها لمعالجة هذه القضايا كالتطرف وغيرها. ونعني بالإصلاحات السياسية هنا هو تغيير هياكل الحكم وتطوير النظم السياسية بهدف تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية وتمكين المواطنين، أذ يظهر التطرف غالبًا نتيجة لأستمرار الظلم والفقر وانعدام الفرص، وهنا يأتي دور الإصلاح السياسي في تقديم حلاً جذرياً لهذه المشكلات. يقوم البحث بفحص تأثير التغيرات في الأنظمة السياسية على الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وكيف يمكن للإصلاح السياسي أن يُحفز من التنمية المستدامة وأن يوفر فرص عادلة للجميع. يتناول البحث أيضًا تأثير النظام السياسي على تشكيل الهويات والتوجهات الدينية، وكيف يمكن للإصلاح السياسي أن يقدم إطار كي يشجع على التسامح والتعايش.وفي سياق مكافحة التطرف، يستعرض البحث كيف يمكن للإصلاح السياسي تعزيز الاستقرار والأمان، من خلال تعزيز قوة المؤسسات الديمقراطية وتعزيز دور المواطن في صنع القرار. ويسلط البحث الضوء على الشفافية والمشاركة السياسية كعناصر أساسية في هذا السياق. في النهاية، يتوقع البحث أن يسلط الضوء على أهمية الإصلاح السياسي كوسيلة فعّالة للتصدي للتحديات المرتبطة بالتطرف، وتحقيق استقرار وازدهار أفضل للمجتمعات.

The research aims to identify decent work and its impact in enhancing job immersion. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to analyze the sample responses of (81) workers to represent an estimated response rate of (88 per cent) out of the total population of (92) individuals.
