It is the first study to find facultative methylotrophic bacteria in contaminated soils in Iraq. Conventional PCR was employed to amplify MxaF that encodes methanol dehydrogenase enzyme. Introduction and Aim: Graves ophthalmopathy is one of the pandemic public health disorders in Iraq.
