This study examines how Sahar Mustafah's book The Beauty of Your Face (2020) examines the intersectional aspects of Arab American identity. The novel traces the life of the Palestinian Arab American woman, Afaf Rahman who is a school principal. She negotiates the intricacies of gendered, religious, and cultural identities in America after 9/11. The analysis uses an intersectional lens to look at how Afaf's experiences as a woman, a Muslim, and an immigrant combine to influence how she sees herself and how she interacts with society at large. The book explores racial prejudice, misogyny, and Islamophobia, bringing to light the many difficulties Arab American women experience. Additionally, it shows the protagonist's autonomy and tenacity as she challenges social prejudices while upholding her cultural background and beliefs. The study provides a comprehensive perspective of Arab American experiences by highlighting the ways in which multiple identities interact within oppressive and power structures through the use of an intersectional framework. In addition to bringing attention to the hardships faced by underprivileged groups, Mustafah's book advances the conversation about identity, belonging, and the power of narrative to dispel prejudices. The purpose of this study is to enhance understanding of intersectionality in Arab American writing today.
The research aims to find out the impact of wages and benefits systems on the performance of employees, which included the research community on a sample of employees in the company, and the sample consisted of (50) employees and an employee, A questionnaire composed as prepared (23) paragraph, use the promised statistically methods in data collected by the questionnaire analysis. The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which were: There is a correlation between wage systems, benefits and performance of employees, and the presence of the impact of the systems of wages and benefits to the performance of employees. The research was presented a set of recommendations including: increasing the effectiveness of

The summary:
This research paper presents a standard economic study. This study aims to build an economic standard form of the investment effect in Human Capital on Economic Growth in Algeria. The study showed that there is an inverse relationship between the investment and human capital. This is expressed by expending on education and economic growth. This contradicts with the economic theory. Such matter could be explained by that expending on education does not contribute in the economic growth. This refers to that the education sector result does not employee or save jobs. Thus, it does not contribute in growth; in addition, the Algerian economy depends on petrol in the first class. This means the ab

To achieve the research objectives, the experimental method was followed for the experimental and control groups with dimensional measurement of the achievement variable of the teaching methods subject. The research sample included (62) students in the third year of the Life Sciences Department, distributed into two equal groups in the variables (self-assessment of learning methods - chronological age in years - intelligence level - previous information). To measure the level of students' achievement, an achievement test was constructed consisting of (40) te

The prepared catalyst underwent a thermal treatment process at 400◦ C, while the reduction reaction under the same condition was done and the obtained catalysts were identified with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). It has been found that the prepared catalysts have a dimension around 2.5 nm and the particles have uniform orders leading to high dispersion of platinum molecules .The prepared catalysts have been examined as efficient photocatalysts to degrade the Crystal violet dye under UV-light. The characteristics of the feedforward artificial neural network (FANN) algorithm and the genetic algorithm have been combined to create an important working mechanism that aids in this field. The proposed system can be used for essential tasks in life, such as analysis, automation, control, recognition, and other tasks. Crossover and mutation are the two primary mechanisms used by the genetic algorithm in the proposed system to replace the back propagation process in ANN. While the feedforward artificial neural network technique is focused on input processing, this should be based on the proce

For instance, the coronary steal effect during the myocardial hyperemia phase and that of restenosis following coronary angioplasty.
The banking sector has a significant impact on the economic growth of the country, and the importance of this sector must assess its financial performance from time to time, to measure the situation related to money for each bank and how to put the supervision of the efficiency of the full. The research aims at evaluating the financial performance according to the elements of the CAMELS model, which including capital adequacy, asset quality, management efficiency, profitability, liquidity, and market risk sensitivity.
